"I would definitely recommend Pinnacle Foundation repair. The senior geologist came to measure my garage area where the brick had cracked on the outside. He was very professional and kept me informed each step of the work. The men showed up to do the work on the only 95 degree day in February. I've never seen guys work harder digging the holes for the piers. They worked all day in the heat digging, putting in the piers, and raising the house. Then they poured the concrete and filled in the holes. They smoothed the concrete on the driveway holes, and carried away the extra dirt. They had put down tarps on the grass, so that when they finished, you couldn't see where the piles of dirt had been placed. The supervisor explained everything to me. Then about a week later another engineering company came to check to make sure the garage was level. Also, a plumbing company came to check the underground plumbing to make sure there were no leaks in the drain. Everything went just as they had explained, and I am glad I chose Pinnacle Foundation."

The day the work was to be performed he showed up on time and completed the job as promised. The work was very well done. The new tree wells match the stone work of the previous ones. "We are having an issue with the concrete footing of a pier and beam foundation on a house that is over 87 years old. I contacted Accurate Foundation Repair and requested an inspection of our foundation. Chad arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. We walked through the house and we discussed areas where the floors were slightly sloping and the two small hairline cracks in our hallway ceiling. Chad gave an honest opinion as to whether or not these issues needed addressing and the problems that might arise from fixing them. It was decided that the small issue of the minor foundation problems were not a problem and could be left alone unless something changed. 
The larger issue and the reason I contacted Accurate Foundation Repair was due to the concrete footing along one side of the house. It appears to be bowing out and causing the wood to separate from the frame. Chad looked over the area and determined that the issue would require a structural engineer to inspect. Chad was honest and up front with me and told me that he would not be able to fix the problem with the structure. He provided me with names of  engineers to contact.
