We ran into some unexpected issues as you always do with a project this large, but those were the house’s fault. But they worked through them without drama. Tracy, Alan, and their crews were a delight to work work. They were always professional, friendly, and timely. And they gave us the fairest price of anyone else we talked to. Absolutely no downside at all. I would eagerly hire them for any type of job."

"Looked around at several cabinet builders for the remodel I was doing for my kitchen. A few things stood out in the whole process The initial price was in line with other builders but what stood out was he uses plywood boxes not higher grade particle. My walls were just studs. When the cabinets were installed it was a great fit which was a relief due to all the moving parts. He understood what I was asking made suggestions without being pushy. I am pleased with his suggestions and think it looks great. The install seemed to go pretty smoothly, the crew showed care to maintain quality. The cabinets turned out well, fit well. The sink fit perfectly into cabinet. Love the soft close drawers and doors. I will use them again for the master bath and closet when it's time for that. I highly recommend them."

"Work was completed and results were excellent. As with any major remodel, things seemed to take forever, but this is not a knock on Kevin and his crew. Everyone was courteous and helpful and made living in the home while a major project was going on as comfortable as possible. If you are going to have a major project done as large as we had ($55K +), you ARE going to have a mess and you ARE going to get frustrated, but this will happen no matter who your contractor is. "This is the third project Chellyanna did in my home. I think there are three types of people looking for a big remodel, and Chellyanna will adapt to your needs. 1) First is the type of person that does not care much about using high-end materials, maybe they are just remodeling to rent, or on a very tight budget. Chellyanna/Yossi is very knowledgeable and can suggest many alternatives on how you can save money, not only on materials selections, but also on alternative suggestions on how to approach a project. Through my remodel, I had something in mind initially, and after discussing with Yossi, he came up with some alternatives that could save me money. Note that this implied he actually made less money, but he always said: my main objective is to make you happy. 2) The second type of person is one that is not every experienced in design, so they don’t really know what they want, and how to make everything cohesive. For that you need a designer in addition to a contractor. Contractors will happily implement what you choose, but they are not the best to help you choose. The designer is the one that can help you create a vision and a cohesive look. When you hire Chellyanna you get the best of both worlds, because Rachel is Chellyanna’s lead designer, and she will work with you -- at no extra charge to your project. She will offer alternatives, talk to you, show you pictures, and find out what you like and what would fit your life style. She will consider both function and form. She can even go to the store with you if you want. She will even help pick furniture for your room if you want. She is excellent. Additionally, Yossi also knows a lot about what would look good in a room, so you can trust that he will pick best choices for things through the project, such as positioning of tiles, fixtures, etc. 3) Finally, there are the people like me: I am very particular, I have done many remodels, I know exactly what I want and how I want it, every little thing has to be the way I imagined. So the contractor needs to be VERY patient, because I want to provide input in every single step of the project. This is usually painful for most contractors, they dont like this, it takes too much of time... But Yossi does it with a smile on his face. He took the time to take my input for everything. And sometimes I changed my mind, but he was OK with that also. I can say that I was BEYOND happy with the entire process and ecstatic with the results. In addition to all this, and also very important, is that this company is trustworthy and they will always keep their word. So in conclusion, I highly recommend Chellyanna, no matter the type of person you are, and if you don’t know what you want, trust them, they will figure it out with you! Most excellent company out there."

"Paul completed an entire reconstruction of our kitchen with custom cabinets, including wall removal and beam installation. We trusted him with our design, plumbing and electrical issues and he did an excellent job. Not only is he a master at his craft, he construes complete professionalism at all times. The thing that I appreciated most about Paul, was that he showed up. Every single day he was the first one here and the last to leave, along with his son, Justin. Not many general contractors hold themselves to that caliber. If we had any questions, concerns, or changes, they were addressed immediately and efficiently. He helped us think outside the box and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He talked me off many a ledge and even helped me with paint colors.
