I had requested a built-in fold away ironing board in a tower linen cabinet drawer. I shipped it to him and he installed it while building the cabinets. I am thrilled with it! Everyone was courteous and helpful and made living in the home while a major project was going on as comfortable as possible. If you are going to have a major project done as large as we had ($55K +), you ARE going to have a mess and you ARE going to get frustrated, but this will happen no matter who your contractor is. "We had 5 different companies come out and bid the job. Carlos was by far the most professional, we felt comfortable with him even before we saw his bid. He asked questions, had input and ideas that helped keep us from making some bad decisions. This is a family operation and we got to know his sons and felt comfortable with them as the job progressed. Our house is old, built in 1932 and moved to the current location about 20 years ago the owners did a lot of the work themselves. It was apparent after the siding came off, their skill might have been lacking. Even through all the unseen extras and some rotted wood hidden behind the siding, “add-ons” were minimal. We have asked Empire to give us a bid on remodeling our master bath......not sure what’s a better testimonial, a referral or a return customer. Either way, I was very impressed!"

Yossi widened both the bathroom and closet doors, installed a new toilet and even came up with a plan to fix the floor since there was no matching carpet or tile to use. Everyone was extremely professional and helpful. They were able to get our project scheduled quickly and completed right on schedule.
