Pinnacle Foundation Repair

We suspected that our home had some foundation issues when we noticed that our doors wouldn’t close properly, and we started seeing cracks on the ceiling and windows. We hired a structural engineer to do an initial inspection, and it turned out that our foundation had some settling and would need repairs. They recommended to us that we check out some foundation repair companies. We had four different companies coming out for an inspection and recommendations. Every company had their own style of measurements and repair methods. It was hard to figure out which method would be the best. This whole process was very scary and overwhelming. Then, Justin from Pinnacle foundation, had a completely different approach to taking measurements and assessing the issue. He also was the only one that took a ground penetrating radar inspection besides the structural engineer that we had hired, (this method is very important to figure out where the beams and piers would be installed). He helped us understand what each of the different materials and methods entailed, and he also wrote proposals for each of the methods. As my husband and I were looking over the estimates from Justin, more questions came to our mind, so we had to call him several more times. Each time we called he was extremely patient with us, answered the questions we had, and made himself available whenever we needed him. Kristen, the project coordinator, also made the whole process less overwhelming and helped us manage the paperwork. Adrian and the installation crew were incredibly helpful and knowledgable. They worked very hard and did a great job. The entire company communicated with us throughout the process so there was no guessing as to what was happening. They understood our concerns and wanted to make sure our home was properly taken care of. We would recommend Pinnacle to all our friends and family.

These guys are the best in the business - Grant helped with my initial inspection and had to deliver the news that the condition was worse than expected. He recommended full beam replacement and spread footing for the piers, which was the right call. Yvette and Kristin were excellent to work with and helped with any of the scheduling, financing, and other administrative needs. Agustin and his crew were extremely friendly and respectful of my property. My 76 years old house feels brand new walking through it; the floors do not creak or give anymore, each door latches and EVERY FRAME IS LEVEL (very excited about this), and separation in the base boards and molding was gapped - really can't thank Pinnacle and their team enough!

No one wants foundation work done, but I am glad I chose Pinnacle. I am happy with the whole process and the results. Kristen was incredibly helpful with scheduling and finding a good time for an appointment. She was friendly and helped ease my concerns right from the beginning. Great customer service! Luis Perez was punctual, explained what he would be doing, listened to our concerns, and walked the property with us. He then took measurements inside and showed us where movement was occurring. He sat with us, thoroughly explained the repair plan, and addressed all our questions. On the day of the repair, Marcos in Operations called to discuss some details and communicated very well throughout the whole process. The crew arrived on time and was very respectful. They made sure to clean everything up after the work was done. I am extremely pleased with the results. The large crack in our brick has closed up, and we can now close our back door without any trouble. Several smaller cracks have closed up and looks much better. Overall, the experience was seamless! Pinnacle did an excellent job of stabilizing our house's foundation. They did everything that they promised to do, and did it in one day. After setting 13 piers, they restored soil around the foundation and hauled off excess soil. The site manager explained what they would do, walked me through each step of the way, and followed through on everything. His attention to detail was impressive. They exceeded my expectations. We chose Pinnacle among four proposals, and we are glad that we did.
