Their attention to detail was excellent, even despite the extremely hot weather (it was 104 degrees one of the days the crew was working!). I also appreciated that David checked in at the job site regularly to make sure the crew was on track, and performing the work properly. He sat with us, thoroughly explained the repair plan, and addressed all our questions. On the day of the repair, Marcos in Operations called to discuss some details and communicated very well throughout the whole process. The crew arrived on time and was very respectful. They made sure to clean everything up after the work was done. I am extremely pleased with the results. The large crack in our brick has closed up, and we can now close our back door without any trouble. Several smaller cracks have closed up and looks much better. Overall, the experience was seamless! Their crew arrived on the scheduled date of work and did a great job with the pilings, took extra care to protect and restore the landscaping. "After talking to six other companies, I decided to give Elite Arborist a try. Carlos came out to give an estimate on laying new sod and redoing the stonework around a tree in my front yard. He was punctual and listened carefully to what I wanted. He told me all the things his company does and how they could make my vision a reality. We ended up agreeing to the work as well as pruning the large oak tree we have. On the day of the project, the sod was delivered 6:30 a.m. and the crew arrived an hour later. I was impressed how they put out orange cones around the area for neighbors’ visual safety. Carlos introduced me to the crew supervisor, Rocky. Throughout the day, Rocky kept me informed about what they were doing and progress. He patiently answered all my questions and reassured me that I would be pleased with the results.
