"Moe and his team did an absolutely exemplary job removing popcorn ceiling, installing lights and repairing woodwork. Some of the work was not straightforward, but thanks to his skill and ingenuity, end result was outstanding. Team was personable, professional and highly capable. "Shane responded promptly when I texted him at 7am Friday morning when I saw my inground pool had lost 2 foot of water overnight. My valve leaked and he gave me advice until he and his son arrived to complete my equipment installation. He was patient and very thorough. He knew all the answers to our questions and we will reccomend he and his son to anyone asking for any pool repair."

"I have used Joseph on multiple occasions for pool repairs over the last two years. He is responsive, honest, and reasonably priced. When my pool equipment all froze during the winter storm he was able to replace/fix all the equipment in a timely manner and got my pool back up and running quickly. He is always happy to provide me with advice as well on repairs which I really appreciate and one of the reasons why I keep using Joseph. I truly recommend!"

"Brendan went out of his way to show me how to care for my new pool! He took the time to teach me how to check the filters, test the water, clean the baskets, and run the vacuum! Then he gave me a killer deal to do it for me!!! No money was required for this first visit. I did give him a tip and signed a contract! Great guy!!! Highly recommended ☺️"

Pool Construction and Installation questions, answered by experts

If you or your mortgage lender think your land survey needs to be more accurate, double-check the survey report and get at least a second opinion from the original surveyor and an inspector, if possible. Although it’s unlikely, even reputable surveying companies can make mistakes. An inaccurate survey can cause problems down the road in the case of any property line disputes, so it’s best to resolve any inaccuracies as quickly as possible.

Errors in site preparation can lead to structural failures or appear costly midway. Professionals ensure detailed, reliable home base development layouts.

Professionals prevent misalignment, ensure sturdy construction, and save time by handling complex instructions.

Yes, new home construction will always require building permits, no matter where you live. In most cases, you’ll need a general construction permit, along with plumbing and electrical permits for the utility lines in your home. Depending on where you live, you’ll likely find that you also need permits for things like connection to a sewage system or installing exterior components, like decks, driveways, patios, and curb cutouts. Leave navigating the permits required for new home construction to a professional to ensure your home is built legally and safely.

If a buyer pays for a survey, the surveyor they hired will only provide results to them. It’s up to the buyer whether they share the survey results with the seller or not, even if they ultimately walk away from the deal. It’s considered good faith to share the results with the seller, though, especially if you back out of the deal, as the seller can then provide that survey to future interested parties.
