If you need reliable, professional masonry repair, for a fair price, done promptly, look no further thjan Homescapes. I'm fairly 'handy,' but I know my limitations. Brick work is one of them...I've been trying to mount a flagpole to an exterior wall, and have had it come down around six times - the lag screws and lead sinks just would NOT hold in the winds we get around here. Frustrating. After my latest attempt to get it mounted, I realized it was time to call in the pros. And man, did I. Alberto Pedraza was out to get eyes on the task within a half day. The next morning, his guys showed up, as promised, and got to work. They did an amazing job, not only mounting my flagpole bracket, but effectively undoing all the damage I'd (inadvertently) done to the surrounding bricks. Quality job. Done on time, and for a very reasonable price. The next time I need to mount something on bricks, or need any brick repair, Homescapes will be my FIRST call.

Alberto, the owner, was very precise about pricing and timeline for the demo & replacement of a very long driveway. I also asked him what other services he offered. I ended up having new gutters installed as well as a re-do the overgrown flowerbeds. I highly recommend calling Alberto for any exterior services you may be looking for.

Great work! We had a loose capstone and an archway where the mortar was falling out. Not only did Alberto and his team fix the capstone and the masonry, they also repaired a previous fix that had been sloppily done. I am very pleased with the final outcome. It matches well with our other brickwork and you would almost not be able to tell anything was done.

Alberto did an awesome job for us. We needed driveway and front sidewalk repaired and sealed. He came out on a Friday to look at job needing to be done. I had an estimate a couple hours later and then the job was completed the following Monday. Great communication! No suprise add costs. Homescapes did more than we originally asked for. Homescapes cement finisher, who has more than 30 years of experience, is an artist. He did our neighbors driveway and our walkway and porch expansion. When Homescapes left our yard was clean. Everything was done on time. My wife is delighted with her larger front porch.

I hired Alberto to repair the front entry steps at my home The stone work started to pop up and come apart after only a month. I call Alberto many time with no success, I finally got an answer after using a different phone number other than my own. He sent a few people out to repair, and within a month, they popped up again. After several months of calling, I finally realized that he was not not coming back. So I hired someone else to repair the steps, to complete the job he did not finish. I am not satisfied at all. And would not recommend him for anything. I waited patiently for many months, trying to understand that he has a very busy schedule, but least he could have done was return a phone call, but I never even got a return phone call. I find no pleasure in making a bad report, in fact this is my first time, I felt that I wasted my hard earned money, for no reason. He talked a very smooth talk, but after getting paid at the end of the job nothing worked.. He is a long way from being a 5 star recommendation. After hiring someone else to finish the job, they showed me all the short cuts that was used which caused the steps to come apart, this company said that what Albertoâ s company did was something that real concrete and brick masons would never do. Alberto guaranteed his work for a year, just another good sound. So I paid another company to finish his work.

The owner is just as nice and down to earth as can be. He offered a very fair price and managed his crew closely to be certain the work was completed in a timely fashion and to our satisfaction. We will definitely hire him again for future needs and will share his info with family and friends. The improvement to our home exceeded what we had envisioned.
