"The work was done very well and within the agreed timeframe. We contacted four painting contractors for bids on our project with the intention of hiring the one that would be the most sensitive to our needs. The amount of the bid was not the most important consideration. When Moses visited our home he immediately saw the need for care based on the complexity of our gardening efforts, and said that he would need to do most of the painting with brushes and rollers. The others had suggested spraying the entire job, which we thought would risk damage from overspray. We thought it might cost more with Genesis' approach, but it did not. Moses submitted the lowest bid! The difference is that Genesis knows how to control the overhead.
