I called Collin County Sprinklers, they were very thorough and found issues that were not noted on the inspection, which included a broken pipe in front yard. They worked to fix everything and make sure that everything was perfect before they left. You couldn't even tell that they dug up the yard in many spots. They are very professional and courteous. "Cody Irrigation has done an outstanding job for us. We have used them for minor repairs for years, but this year, due to a lightning strike, our entire system had to be rewired. Brent Cody also suggested adding a zone, which we did. Brent and his crew did a great job. Although it took a while to get on their books (a positive sign that they are busy!) Cody Irrigation showed up when they said they would, completed the work in the time they said they would, and adhered to the quote they gave us.
