Other company quoted one price but when they came out to my house the price was higher with added fees and services not mentioned over the phone when scheduling. Needless to say I cancelled with them and went with Fresh Air Home Services and am happy I did. Technicians were professional and thorough. A+"

"Let me just start from the phone call to this company. A very nice and professional Janna answered the phone by stating the name of her company and asking me how she could make me smile today! I immediately started smiling! What a great way to start off a service call. Then 15 minutes later Tom showed up to assess the problems with my two issues. The heating issue was due to a clogged flame sensor which he quickly repaired. The second issue was the UV light was improperly installed by Hobson A/C using only duct tape to secure it. Wow! And, it wasn't even installed in the proper location! I just asked Tom to seal the plenum area where it came unattached. I was very pleased with this company and will definitely use them again!

"This is such a great company! My Technician is Zee who does a great job and is informative along the way and above all, he is honest. I am mechanically able so when the AC fails, I check a few things out in advance and have a good idea of what is wrong before the tech arrives. I have had OTHER COMPANIES outright lie about failures but I can read and use a voltmeter. I have also been told that if I didn't have ducts cleaned, I was risking my family's health - Wow! Zee is always on target, to the point that I would have thought he was one of the owners because of the professionalism he brings to the job. DT / Zee has been out several times now. My AC was out and I would have waited another day in the heat to have Zee service the AC. Thank you!"

"I noticed some dust around our vents and decided to contact the Duct Commander. He came out and showed me with his camera that the dust did not stop there. It was a night and day difference as he showed me how clean it was when he was finished. I can tell a big difference as the air my family is breathing seems much cleaner, less dog odor. "Giving a 5 star review in El Paso is almost impossible these days, but rob absolutely earned it. My experience has been after you pay someone for work they high tail it out and if something goes wrong, good luck getting them back. I called rob because we were having issues with our dryer after he did the duct, apparently out clog was WAY worse then we thought. Rob came right back out and fixed the issue and man alive there was lot of stuff. If you own a older home you NEED this service."
