Best pest control specialists near Hackberry, TX

"Everything went very well. I submitted 3 project requests and Metro Pest Control was the first one to call immediately (and the only one to respond). Free estimate was scheduled the next day and was professionally conducted. Detailed works were explained item by item. I thought the price was reasonable (compared to what my friend paid other company) and the description of the work to be done was thorough. All the works were completed the same day as promised and a follow up work to close the last hole the following week. When I thought I saw a squirrel was able to get back to the attic, Metro Pest Control immediately sent out the workers to inspect the problem. They assured me the squirrel did not make back in, but they went ahead put extra safeguard anyway. Highly recommended."

"I had a wonderful experience start to finish. They were professional, thorough and attentive. Since their visit we have seen a huge difference in the pest problem. They took time to answer my questions. Highly recommend Prize Pest Control."

"Very responsive! Ken immediately spent time examining my lawn and pointing out his recommendations for insect control, fertilization and irrigation. Very professional and helpful initial meeting, and timely follow-up. A little more expensive than what I expected, but if this is effective it's worth it. I guess time will tell if I see improvement, but I certainly welcome Ken's attention and professionalism! I certainly appreciate Village Green's attention, follow-up and customer communication."

"Just signed up with Dancan so i have not received my first treatment yet. So far, the customer service has been great. Katelyn responded very quickly to my initial quote for service. She was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous when providing detailed information on different pest control programs and services, along with answering my many questions. Look forward to having Dancan handle our pest control needs."

"We have used Certified Pest Control for several years. They are responsive and fairly priced."

"The price is reasonable and the technician leaves a comment if any addition information is needed about the status of our pest control."

"Showed up to the house within a few hours of my call and removed the beehive rather quickly. I had a newborn (3 day old) at home and we were pretty worried when we saw the dozens of bees hanging out by our garage. They definitely helped take care of the problem quickly and, so far, the bees have not come back.
The only odd thing about the service was that the price I was quoted on the phone did not include sales tax. I don't deal with a *lot* of contractors/handymen/pest control folks, but I have dealt with quite a few... And this is the first time I have ever been surprised by an addition of sales tax after the job was done. I strongly suspect, but can't prove, that the sales tax was added after deducting the Angie's List discount to basically recoup that cost. Of course, I don't have any evidence to prove this and wouldn't even know how to start, but that is the way I was left feeling after being surprised by sales tax. In the future, I would suggest that you include this price in the quote that you give customers *before* you send someone out for the job.

"Kevin Kasky (the owner of All American) came with our house. The former owner recommended him, and we are so glad that he did. Kevin makes routine quarterly visits to our home to perform preventative pest control treatments. Since we live near a greenbelt, our house is a magnet for all types of bugs, including spiders and scorpions. Kevin has a great working knowledge of the Dallas-Fort Worth pest population and will, upon request, offer detailed explanations for his choice of chemicals and treatments. With his help, we have been able to eliminate our bug problems.
In a particularly challenging situation, Kevin assisted with the humane removal of a family of squirrels who had nosily taken up residence in our attic. What shocked me was how far Kevin said he needed to drive to ensure that the captured trespassers didn't make it back into our house!
But the real reason we keep going back to All American is our trust and comfort level with the owner himself. Kevin makes all of our house visits. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely trustworthy. His prices and policies are fair and reasonable. On more than one occasion, Kevin has returned to our house after a quarterly treatment, assisted with a particular pest situation, and left without charging another cent. In short, we could not recommend Kevin Kasky or All American Pest Management more highly.
