Workmen showed up on time. Grounded out the old loose mortar, repointed and sealed all the crack. Also did caulking around the windows where needed. I’ll be using them again for my failing retaining wall.

The flower beds look great but the clean up was not good. They left my grass damaged with mortar droplets. When I called them with my gardener on the phone they refused to rectify the matter.

"We were hired to install stone flowerbeds on your property, which you already had damaged grass & mentioned to us before, and it's why we have pictures on our end for situations and customers like you. Our job was done correctly, & like I mentioned before no heavy equipment was placed on your grass, it was placed on the driveway, so how exactly did my guys damaged your grass? By walking on it to install your flowerbeds, oh my, not reasonable at all! Dust on the dirt? Our clean up was done correctly, and I have pictures of that as well, but sorry we aren't able to clean up dust form the dirt, you have more dirt than grass. & you proceeded to block my number & threaten me to put a bad review because we didn't go through with your threats."

They did what they agreed to in contract and didnâ t take short cuts. They also completed the job in the agreed upon time. I would call them again if I ever have another masonry job.
