"Mr. Robby Brown came to assess the foundation issue at our home in July 2022 and he stated that he does not see a need to get foundation work done at that time. He recommended few things I should do which will help with the issue we were seeing and I followed all his recommendation within a week. He asked me that if I like he can come by after 6 Months to check again. He came by in Feb 2023 and noticed there was a significant improvement so he suggested we do not do anything. He asked me to call them back again so he can come by in Aug 2023 to reevaluate again. I found Robby very profession, courteous and, above all, honest in his work as he did not suggest unnecessary foundation work compare to other companies. "Heath and his crew did a fantastic job! We had a couple of half inch cracks over our garage that were only getting bigger. Heath came out when he said he would and gave us a couple of options. We elected to go with concrete piers. Heath and Katie were excellent at communicating the process and performing the work when they said they would. They were even able to save some of our plants. "My foundation work involved both outside and inside piers. Inside there were jackhammers, lifting with bottle jacks, welding, and concrete work. The mess was kept to a minimum. Accurate used steel piers to reach bedrock. Concrete piers would not, a real selling feature. Just finished a few days ago, but overall the house is much better."

"I contacted 6 contractors and only 2 were willing to inspect this combination of slab carport with pier and beam house. Hunt was most responsive to my input and questions and provided a very competitive price. Work was done on schedule and cleaned up nicely. Work completed in March 2019 appears to have corrected all issues. Inspection by Crosstown Engineering found slab as close to level as I could get with other pre-existing limitations- within 1/4 inch. I have recommended them to neighbors."

"Mike met with me and provided an estimate of the job. He had really good ideas of how to lay out the plants and which ones would be good to go in a flower bed around a large tree. He also suggested replacing the border with one that looked more natural and allowed better movement when the roots around the tree shifted. He was the most reasonable in price also. I am so pleased with how it turned out. Both flower beds look great and the stone border is very nice. I would totally use Landscape Innovations again. They were prompt, did a great job, and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend!"
