"AMB is the real deal. The company I work for made a large acquisition of properties this year and we needed a lot of work done to on site apartments. AMB's pricing is not only fair, but competitive. They work quick and do not sacrifice quality to fit a tight schedule. I have already reached out to them for more work to be done and they are preferred by multiple other properties within my company due to the work they have done. Isreal is very good at communicating with you and you will never be left with any questions or concerns. I'd give 6 stars if I could."

"Initially a paint job, turned out I needed some board repairs too (house and deck). They fixed all that up, did a wonderful job making sure all was painted well (no slop over, no under paint). Trim was nice an sharp, painting against glass too! Hard working, mindful of their work, sun up to sun down workers. Respectful and professional. I've already contacted them for another job!"

Stucco questions, answered by experts

If contractors discover water damage, rot, or mold beneath the stucco, additional repairs will be necessary. These repairs can increase your total project cost and timeline, but addressing them promptly is essential for your home’s structural integrity. Ignoring hidden damage can lead to more severe issues and higher costs in the future.

Yes, professionals can color-match new or repaired stucco to existing finishes to ensure a seamless and uniform appearance. While most providers offer this service, it is recommended to confirm with them beforehand.

All of the components of stucco are non-combustible, so the siding material won’t ignite or spread fire to the interior of your home. However, it also expands and contracts with changes in temperature, so it will crack from long exposure to heat. Eventually, fire will spread through those cracks. Still, stucco is one of the best siding materials for fire protection and can keep you and your family safe for an hour, on average.

Yes, you can screw directly into stucco. Only do so if the item you are installing is a permanent fixture. Drill a pilot hole into the stucco using a masonry or concrete bit, then drive in the screw with a power drill or screwdriver.

Well-maintained trim boosts aesthetic appeal and prevents costly future repairs.
