"We came home from Sunday lunch with family to find our entire house flooded due to our refrigerator. Needless to say, we were extremely panicked. I had no idea what to do, and a google search lead me to Restoration 1. We called and they were at our house within the hour. From the moment Dan came in the door, he worked hard to put us at ease and keep us from completely panicking, while still being completely transparent about the damage. They took care of everything, removing the water and setting out fans and dehumidifiers. They even helped me with moving things, like the stuff in the pantry and furniture. (This was really helpful, especially since I have a toddler underfoot who just wanted to play in the water! I was able to focus on him while they took care of everything. Throughout the entire process they stayed in communication. They frequently checked in, always answered my calls or texts promptly, and made sure that we were in the best possible setup for our situation. Everything from the demeanor to the actual work to dealing with the insurance went smoothly and really kept the most stressful situation we have ever been in contained to the point where we knew everything was going to be ok. Don't get me wrong, I hope I am NEVER in this situation again, but if I was, I would 100% call Restoration 1 again in a heartbeat, and I highly recommend them to anybody experience flood issues!"
