I chose Tip Top General Construction to put in a new concrete driveway, sidewalk, step and a ramp for a wheelchair.. They did a fantastic job and it only took one day! We are very pleased with the results.

I wanted to get a new driveway poured next to my current driveway and Avraham came out and he was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and the cost was within our budget so we selected them to do out driveway. The experience could not have been better from beginning to end. Communication was excellent the whole time and they delivered beyond than even we could imagine. The crew showed up early and cleared the site for the new driveway. They maintained a clean area and we very pleasant the whole time. the driveway when finished is a beautiful site to see and already we are the envy of our neighbors and they too want some work done as well. The quality of the finish is superb and we whole heartedly recommend Tip Top General Construction for any of your needs. We are so impressed with their work that we are going to have our other driveway re-done in the spring hopefully and we have several other projects that when we are ready for them we will be calling Tip Top for sure. I'm soo, glad I met these guys. Long story short, my fence was destroyed by the tornado that happened last may and my insurance company was trying to nickle and dime me on the replacement value of the fence. I knew they were way off. They offered me $7200, and my $5k deductible came out of that, roughly $2200 to remove and replace my fence. I had contractors value the the original fence was worth $16-26k, so the insurance company was way off. I tried negotiating with the insurance company and all they could say was prove it. Frustrated, I called Mike and Avi. They had valued thr original fence the highest and explained why, the fence was very unique. So I asked if they would negotiate with my insurance company on my behalf. They said ofcourse and that they knew how to talk to the insurance companies. A couple of weeks later, I got a check for much more than i thought. I couldn't be more elated. I was stressing over this for months and I had basically giving up on negotiating with insurance company. When it was all said and done. Mike and Avi at tiptop did the leg work that nobody else wanted to do, because my fence was so unique, they got me back more money then anybody else had even quoted, the insurance payout covered all my expenses and I was able to upgrade to a bigger, better, more beautiful fence. The only con, was the fence took a little longer to build then expected but all and all I'm very happy. I'll update with some pics, when I get a chance. Pecan plus

Job was completed very well. All the rain didn’t help, but the Tip Top team worked through the adversity and overall did a great job. I am especially happy with the extra wide reinforced gate! Sweet job!
