What an amazing experience I had! I recommend Chellyanna to all my friends looking for a remodel or addition. Two things stood out which I think made Chellyanna stand out from the other contractors I have dealt with: 1) Timeliness- We showed Yossi around the house before we closed on our new home. The day after we closed they already started demo and never looked back. The stream of skilled workers never stopped coming until the project was done. Drywall, painting, plumbing, electric etc. were all done without delay. 2) Responsiveness - Yossi was always available to answer a call, tweak the project or answer our questions. We always felt that we had someone we could turn to and the entire process was extremely transparent. You will not be disappointed!

We have nothing but positive things to say about Yossi and the Chellyanna team. Yossi earned our business originally because of his amazing communication and attention to detail from the get go. Yossi did a wonderful job at setting expectations, openly communicating plans and most importantly Yossi and Chellyanna really listened to what our dream was and made it a reality. Having a major renovation on our home was a lot of work- and could cause a lot of stress, but I will tell you that Yossi and his team felt more like family at the end of our project. I would hire Yossi and Chellyanna again as well as recommend them to any of our friends and family.

This is the third project Chellyanna did in my home. I think there are three types of people looking for a big remodel, and Chellyanna will adapt to your needs. 1) First is the type of person that does not care much about using high-end materials, maybe they are just remodeling to rent, or on a very tight budget. Chellyanna/Yossi is very knowledgeable and can suggest many alternatives on how you can save money, not only on materials selections, but also on alternative suggestions on how to approach a project. Through my remodel, I had something in mind initially, and after discussing with Yossi, he came up with some alternatives that could save me money. Note that this implied he actually made less money, but he always said: my main objective is to make you happy. 2) The second type of person is one that is not every experienced in design, so they don’t really know what they want, and how to make everything cohesive. For that you need a designer in addition to a contractor. Contractors will happily implement what you choose, but they are not the best to help you choose. The designer is the one that can help you create a vision and a cohesive look. When you hire Chellyanna you get the best of both worlds, because Rachel is Chellyanna’s lead designer, and she will work with you -- at no extra charge to your project. She will offer alternatives, talk to you, show you pictures, and find out what you like and what would fit your life style. She will consider both function and form. She can even go to the store with you if you want. She will even help pick furniture for your room if you want. She is excellent. Additionally, Yossi also knows a lot about what would look good in a room, so you can trust that he will pick best choices for things through the project, such as positioning of tiles, fixtures, etc. 3) Finally, there are the people like me: I am very particular, I have done many remodels, I know exactly what I want and how I want it, every little thing has to be the way I imagined. So the contractor needs to be VERY patient, because I want to provide input in every single step of the project. This is usually painful for most contractors, they dont like this, it takes too much of time... But Yossi does it with a smile on his face. He took the time to take my input for everything. And sometimes I changed my mind, but he was OK with that also. I can say that I was BEYOND happy with the entire process and ecstatic with the results. In addition to all this, and also very important, is that this company is trustworthy and they will always keep their word. So in conclusion, I highly recommend Chellyanna, no matter the type of person you are, and if you don’t know what you want, trust them, they will figure it out with you! Most excellent company out there.

This is an OUTSTANDING, PHENOMENAL, EXCELLENT company. Summary: Great quality, great communication, super honest and upfront, once the job starts they work on your project until it is finished, awesome project management, and the owner is on site every day. Result is spectacular. More details: This was a big project ($$$) and I could not be happier with the whole process and the outcome. Of course the outcome is very important and they did a fabulous job. But so is the process, as remodels can be very stressful and I want to feel I trust the contractor, who knows what could go wrong.... Yossi and his crew converted 1 car part of the garage space into living area with a laundry room and a mud room. I liked the company so much that in the middle of the job I decided to hire them to also remodel my master bathroom. I consider myself a very "seasoned remodeler" as I did a lot of large remodels throughout my life in the past 20 years, some very large such as an entire home remodel. With Chellyanna, besides the outcome being fabulous, the whole process is great. Because Yossi is extremely honest and he will take care of you and do the right thing and make sure you love the result. He will not walk away before you say you love it. Their price is fair, not the cheapest and not the most expensive. The whole project took a few weeks, and I had a crew in my house the whole time, Yossi scheduled everything perfectly and he was on site supervising every single day, sometimes when the task was more complex he would stay the whole day, other days he would give instructions, leave for a while, and come back to check. Before, during and after the communication was outstanding, I could text or call or email him and he was VERY responsive, like within minutes he replies to my text! In addition, his wife Rachel is a designer and they work together to help design and also make the selections of tiles, countertop, cabinets, lighting and paint colors. She learned my taste quickly and was able to help a lot. The result is spectacular, they were able to make my vision a reality! 100% recommend Chellyanna to friends and family, A-plus, 10-stars, fabulous job! Thank you!

Went great! They are punctual, clean and quick!

Had relatively small window replacement and shower glass installation jobs and big jobs involving removal and replacement of HVAC ducts and complete removal of a pool done. Scale of the work didn't matter - all work was completed professionally and priced fairly. Communication was exceptional. With that amount of work inevitably there are issues that arise and when they did they were mitigated immediately. Would absolutely recommend and will continue to use with full confidence.

Everything went very well. This was a fixed price project and there were no budget surprises. Only changes to budget were changes initiated by our own scope changes. Schedule was updated regularly and we were updated on the next steps. Small replanning of schedule due to some unforeseen delays on the flooring but overall on schedule and finished before Christmas as promised. All small items during the project were timely addressed and we felt very comfortable working with the Chellyanna team.

Chellyanna Contractors were awesome. They kept us up to date every step of the way and the quality of the work was exceptional. All of our neighbors can't believe the garage was expanded as it looks so seamless and like it was original to the house. Any issues we had they made right and then some. They went above and beyond in every way. I would recommend them and use them again if the need arose.

Yossi and his team did a great job on our bathroom remodel. We needed the bathroom at my parents' home to be made handicap accessible. Yossi widened both the bathroom and closet doors, installed a new toilet and even came up with a plan to fix the floor since there was no matching carpet or tile to use. Everyone was extremely professional and helpful. They were able to get our project scheduled quickly and completed right on schedule. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

Terrific! We got references for Projects completed and in progress. All spoke very highly of Yossi. I specifically asked for negatives from each referral and they had none. All Yossi's crews did good work and put in long hours. For credibility I will add one non- plus. The Tile Crew did a great job on Kitchen Backsplash and Bathroom tile. Their cleanup was mediocre and Yossi talked with them. Key remains the Quality of the work! Very Good! He put up with many additions we added on from the original contract.

I could not be happier with general contracting services provided by Yossi Gallor of Chellyanna LLC. Simply, he spent time before we had a contract consulting with me to determine my desired outcomes and developed a no nonsense design proposal that addressed my objectives. He demonstrated a willingness to discuss cost effective alternatives to my initial requirements while meeting my objectives for the project. We encountered a few supplier and scheduling road bumps caused by unanticipated Pandemic restrictions, but he took ownership of the situation, resolved the issues with the involved parties and minimized project delays. He kept me informed of activity scheduled for the next day and any issues that needed to be jointly addressed to keep the project moving forward. Across the board, his sub-contractors (concrete, framing, roofing, AC, painting and gutters) were professional, took ownership of their trade (did quality work) and were great to work with no matter the circumstances. I'm happy to recommend him to my neighbors and I'll use him again should the opportunity arise - no reservations whatsoever.

What a great experience! Not only was the quote great (best of all the ones I shopped around) but the service was excellent. They are great to deal with and always on top of the project.
