"We chose AugerPros Plumbing (Mauricio was the main technician and another guy who I forgot his name showed up, sorry). They were very professional, knowledgeable and kind. They arrived on time did the work and cleaned up when they were finished. They listened to what I had to say and gave me options to run the snake or the camera. I chose the camera. (The first company that came out to my home wouldn't run the camera without doing this, that and paying a huge fee. I'm so glad I sent them on there way). AugerPros inserted the camera and we noted the camera stopped at a certain point . Mauricio (big Mo is his nickname) immediately suspected the problem was either colasp pipes or a very bad clogged inside the walls. Mo's crew started digging. (My husband and I were freaking out! We were sent to a hotel, it was obviously we wouldn't be able to stay at home). The next day we saw the crew had dug about 10 feet down and located the pipes. They started to continue digging until they were underneath the slab of my home to get to the colasp pipes. After they finished digging, big Mo and the guy I forgot name stepped in, replaced the colasp pipes and ran the snake down the sewer line. Thanks to AugerPros Plumbing, we now have our home back with flushing toilets and we also received 10% off!!! "I just didn't think his attitude was very good. He replaced my toilet, and caulked around the toilet, and I guess it's fine but I don't think it looks that great. I paid for 2 hours of labor and I had to keep asking him to do things. I wasn't very impressed. I just felt like he didn't want to be there."

"Let me count the ways: If being told by Alex that he has taken another job two days BEFORE he is supposed to start at your house, because he tells you, you are not ready, even though you have over 6, 000 POUNDS of tile sitting in your garage, then Alex is your kind of installer. I had four other trades scheduled after Alex which were not happy with that stunt. As a reflection I suspect Alex probably was not finished with his previous job. If being told by Alex that he as a crew of 4 and ONLY one other guy shows up to do 80% of the work, then Alex is your kind of installer. Alex spends a lot of time outside on the phone, smoking, or just sitting in the shade. On the job site he calls his position, “setter” or did he say “sitter”. I am not sure now. If being told by Alex during the bidding process that it would take about 7 working days and it takes 23 working days (they only worked 4-5 hours per day), then Alex is your kind of installer. I was told by Alex that his helper did not want to be caught in traffic going home so a majority of the time both were gone by 2:30. If being told by Alex during the bidding process that he would undercut the baseboards and put the tile under the baseboard BUT wind up having an argument on the first day because he now says that the BEST way is to just lay the tile next to the baseboard, then Alex is your kind of installer. I insisted he undercut the base board. He was just trying to cut his labor costs. If being told by Alex that he would do all the demolition the first three days and it’s not 100% demolished until the 21 day then Alex is your kind of installer. My wife and I with 2 dogs stayed in a hotel the first 4 days just so we did not have to live with the demolition of existing tile. We were shocked when we got back to see that the demolition was not 100% finished. If being told by Alex he can handle the installation of the shower base tiles BUT wind up getting a refund because he did not know how to install several angle tile cuts (see photo), then Alex is your kind of installer. If being told by Alex not to worry about tile haze BUT wind up getting a refund because of the tile haze is still on about 800 SF of tile, then Alex is your kind of installer. I now have to hire a professional tile cleaner at a cost of about $550. If Alex says he “knows a plumber” that can remove and install a bathtub RUN IN THE OTHER WAY. It cost me an additional $1,000 to correct that issue. I blame myself for hiring those guys Alex called plumbers. If setting ground rules about NOT smoking in or near the garage because your wife has allergies and he at times ignores that request then he is your kind of installer. If on the LAST DAY they install a toilet and you find out later that night the water was turn OFF to the toilet, then call a plumber because as I JUST found out this morning, the toilet was not installed correctly and I have water all over my bathroom floor."
