Metro Solutions

We hired Metro Solutions in July of 2018 with a projected completion date 6-9 months following groundbreaking. They broke ground December of 2018. So, technically the project should have been completed around September of 2019. Here we are at January 2021 and the project is still not completed. It has been an array of mistakes, weeks of no work, contractors saying things were not included in bid that were definitely included. We still have a bedroom closet with no doors. Electrical issue that has not been corrected. We have now received a notice from a builder supply company that states we are responsible for account not being paid on items we have paid contractor for. Would highly recommend you NOT hiring this company.

It went very smoothly. The project was scheduled for 5 months and finished with final inspection in 4 months. Besides changing colors it was awesome.

Metro Solutions was incredible. We just moved to Texas and needed to change my MIL tub/shower to a walk-in shower. After I called, Brian came out the next day to look at the project and to get us a quote. We had the quote within 2 days and once we agreed to it out materials were ordered. Payments were easy and all done online. When the materials arrived, they set up a time to start the demo and remodel. Brian and Jimmy were someway to talk to and had extensive knowledge of what needed to be done. Their crew was professional, respectful, kind, efficient, and a pleasure to see each day. The materials were top-notch, and my MIL has a safe fancy shower now with a seat and grabs bars and railing. I am jealous, it is nicer than my shower. My husband and I sleep well knowing she has her own safe space. I highly recommend Metro Solutions for your bathroom remodel needs. Thanks, guys, we are over the moon!!!!

I accepted their proposal for about $48K and ended up costing about $65K. I was charged twice for 3 separate items equaling about $5K. There were 10 infractions of that contract and the building failed the city inspection. The home is valueless, as I cannot sell it.

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. They took all my money and did a terrible job. The finished product is worse than original. They misrepresented their qualifications and licenses. And they try to cover their tracks and make up lies to cover up their faulty work.

Metro Solutions has an expert team of professionals. They performed a wonderful remodel job on our 30 year old bathroom. From the planning stages through construction and completion, they were great to work with. We were especially impressed with their attention to detail. They took ownership of the project as if they were doing their own bathroom remodel. Give these folks serious consideration!
