"The technician did a good job of diagnosing the problem quickly and providing an estimate. He identified the cause of main complaint (loud buzzing caused by failing fan motor bearings) and also noted that the compressor seemed to be laboring. Scheduling was easy because we were able to make an appointment same-day on the first call we made. Other companies had to call us back, which worked well enough. We ended up replacing the AC with another company due to its age."

"The Air Patrol team did a wonderful job replacing my AC. THey did not try to oversell and made ensure i understood my options to make an informed decision. The installation was completed in a day and they sent over a reminder to make sure they complete city inspection in time on their own. Would definitely recommend using them."

"I was able to get a technician to our house within 24 hours of my call. The King Air Conditioning employee, Bruce, showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to relate what was going on with the unit clearly and was able to fix the freon leak in the line in a timely manner. The service call was $49.95 (the other companies I called were $87) and the rest of the services were reasonable, as well. Let's face it, getting anything done to an AC unit is expensive. But, in this situation, I did not feel like I was price gouged. I would highly recommend King Air Conditioning to my Angie's List companions.

"This guy gave me my best case scenario, what I originally hoped for, but which 6 of the other 7 or so said was impossible. Specifically, that the outside a/c unit could be replaced by itself, without having to do the air handler. And of the only other guy who said this could be done - my guy was about half the price. Finally, he gave me 6 months on the quote for the air handler, if I should decided I still wanted it after the a/c was replaced. (All seems fine with the a/c after 1 month in August.) COULDN'T HAVE BEEN BETTER."

"DT Air Conditioning did a great job from the quote through the installation of my new AC units. Dana walked through my home to assess my situation and provided 3 recommended options for my needs. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything. On the day of the install, they brought a large crew and got both systems swapped out in about 6 hours. Love the new systems and appreciate the attention to detail and the involvement of the owner in being onsite to oversee and ensure the work is up to his high standards.
