Kenneth did an excellent job handling the electrical maintenance and replacing the smoke detector batteries. He was patient, attentive, and demonstrated great customer service throughout the process. His priority was ensuring I was satisfied, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly.

On 8/19, I noticed my main AC wasn?t cooling properly. Air was coming out, but it wasn?t cold. So, I contacted Extreme Air. My mistake?I should?ve checked Yelp first. As a business owner myself, I know Yelp is the only truly honest review site, and clearly, I wasn?t the only one with a bad experience. When I called, they told me a technician would come in the afternoon. A young guy named Chase showed up?nice enough, and I?ll give him that, he was polite. At first, he said the AC was fine. A few minutes later, though, he changed his mind and said the motor wasn?t working properly and needed to be replaced. I also mentioned that I was planning to get a new unit next summer or possibly combine my two units into one. He quoted me around $1,080 (before tax), saying it was a "member price" or something like that. I looked up the motor online?it was listed at $106. I told him it felt like a rip-off. He said the price included installation. I said, ?For 30 minutes of work?? He offered to call

Great service always! Techs are professional, knowledgeable and personable. Office staff is friendly and respectful. Overall, I know the people at Extreme Air actually care about providing me with the best service they can.

Good service and prompt. Did not charge me for the service call or consultation. Project was closed without hiring, needed to repair other things first. Would business in the future.

So far so good. I am on the books to have the duct work replaced in the attic. The technicians were very respectful that came out for an estimate to see what I really needed.

The original work was very poor, even dangerous. They did correct that problem promptly, however I have not been able to get information on when they will support the city inspection.

The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Had repeated phone calls from customers service concerning the payment before the work was completed, and even after I the payment was made they continued to call. The work of the Technician was good and professional.
