Owner Shawn Gazor was on site from the outset, explained the entire process, took into account small architectural challenges, and came back quickly with a fair quote. The actual installation took one business day, as promised, and was orderly and efficient.

They were on time, efficient, and there was nothing to clean up when they were done!

Outstanding! Super experience. Highly recommended. This was a complete replacement of my upstairs and downstairs HVAC systems. The upstairs was an original York from 1999 and the downstairs was a "Frankenstein" of old and newer mismatching components. If I was getting 10 SEER out of either it was a miracle. The experience started with Shawn, who is also the company president, arriving to walk the house and determine the requirements and what our best options might be. He was very professional and friendly. Not condescending, did not play the "I'm the expert so do what I say" game. He was very knowledgeable, patient and willing to explain and respond to questions. Did not upsell at all. In fact several times he made suggestions that actually would save me money. He provided a proposal with the Carrier basic Comfort and high Infinity tier options. He didn't try to sell me on either. He just gave me the facts... pros and cons and pricing. Ultimately I decided on the middle tier Performance line, two stage systems for both upstairs and downstairs. I really wanted two stage systems. I had received three other proposals from different companies and different manufacturers. They all quoted me single stage systems that were thousands higher than what Shawn quoted for this Carrier two stage. Their two stage pricing was so far out there I didn't ask to include them in the proposals. Really makes you wonder since Carrier, Trane, Lennox are relatively close or at least not as far apart as the numbers thrown at me. In fact the Trane guy (the highest proposal by far) quoted a single stage and came back with the old switcheroo and actually quoted RunTru systems, which was not even discussed. I even had a Goodman two stage quoted and it came in a few thousand higher. Hmmm...Makes you question a lot of things. The crew of brothers - Charlie, Cesar and Alex - were great. Hard working, Super polite, professional, and friendly. Quick, clean work. Protected the home when entering, cleaned up and left the home as it was when leaving. They did not shy away from effort and being creative, which showed when I needed a wire run from the attic to the downstairs thermostat to handle two stages. It really was a pleasure to have them do the work and plan to use them for many years to come for my HVAC needs.

Our builder-installed system finally caved after 4 coil failures in10 years. The incredibly great reviews that Air Patrol has received really worked and led us straight to their door. The 5-Star Service starts with Roya, who may just be the most pleasant Customer Service person in the Home Service industry. She took our call and appointment scheduling as if it were the most important and fun contact she had all day. Shawn came to the house and explained every detail as to how our current installation was faulty and what equipment was needed and what he intended to do. Again, the most pleasant and informed HVAC business owner we have ever encountered…and we have been around awhile. He immediately followed up and emailed a contract that detailed everything we had discussed and more, with fair, reasonable, and just plain great pricing. On installation day, Shawn had promised arrival by 8:30 and, at 8:30, the truck pulled up. The Team, all of whom have been mentioned in previous reviews, got to work at once. Yorman, Beto, Francisco and Josiah covered the floors with both tarps and quilts, wore masks and shoe covers, and did everything to ensure that they kept the house safe and clean. They worked diligently from 8:30 to 6:30 and completed the tear down and install of a complete HVAC system in that time. All that with having to maneuver back and forth, up and down through a 2-story townhome to get from the garage staging area to the attic. The Carrier system is working great, and we included two Ecobee (5) Smart Thermostats just to make it fun. The difference in this system to what we had cannot be measured. Beyond EXCELLENT. Will be signing up for their preventive maintenance program and calling them exclusively for service. Air Patrol is truly worthy of all their rave reviews and we are pleased to offer another to the collection. Most highly recommended.

The Air Patrol team did a wonderful job replacing my AC. THey did not try to oversell and made ensure i understood my options to make an informed decision. The installation was completed in a day and they sent over a reminder to make sure they complete city inspection in time on their own. Would definitely recommend using them.

We're very happy with the work done today. Shawn also took time to help us with the thermostat setup and show us how it works. Air Patrol replaced our entire heating/AC system in 2007 (after which the city inspector said it was one of the best jobs he'd ever seen) and we've stuck with them ever since. You can be confident the work will be done right.

I have had their System in my house for about 2 years now. 1) It was a MAJOR upgrade from what I had. It's warm in the winter, and cool in the Summer 2) My heating bill and cooling are LESS. 3) Their pricing was $4,000 cheaper than one place and $6,000 cheaper than another place (That includes a rebate from Texas that you could only get from qualified Installers. There are only a few of Installers in DFW b/c the high requirements can't be met by most of the HVAC installers out there. ) 4) 10 Year Free Warranty!!! 5) Shawn Grazer is such a jolly and humble man. 6) I have called them in on the free warranty a couple of times. They have always been punctual, and it's always been FREE. I haven't even had to fight them for it for a second. They bring up that it's free before I do. They must keep VERY good records. 7) During the February 2021 Texas Snowstorm / power outage that shut down DFW for multiple days, I called them that morning, and they were out that evening. I told them I was fine and I could wait a few days with my 1500 watt heaters, BUT THEY DROVE THROUGH ICE AND SNOW. I repeat the roads were HORRIBLE!!! I can't believe they came that day. #UNBELIEVABLE customer service 8) Yeah I've recommended them to my friends, and Yes they used them. Overall they are hard working, and willing to earn their pay. One of the few companies out their that is not trying to rip off their customers. Chick-Fil-A service but done at a McDonald's price tag.

The Air Patrol team was amazing. Courteous and easy to work with. Maintained schedule and performed amazing work at an affordable price. I had all my ductwork replaced. They realigned and made more efficient. The house has never felt better in terms of even temperature control. My unit does not run constantly. This team really knew what they were doing. Could not be more pleased.

I bought several AC units from Air Patrol 10 years ago for my office building and for my home. They have been servicing these units for 10 years and I have found they are the best service company I have ever dealt with. When ever I have AC problems at my home or office they have ALWAYS fixed them fast, friendly and for a fair price. This is easily the best company I have ever dealt with from buying the units to fixing any problems.

First review ever. Our downstairs 5 ton AC unit's compressor went out and it was suggested by everyone to replace the entire unit. Big deal to me, so I got 6 companies to come out and give me bids. Out of all of them Air Patrol was by far the most knowledgeable and about 4 thousand dollars lower than the cheapest bid for the same unit. I chose the top of the line 26 SEER, variable speed unit which is the most energy efficient unit on the market made by Carrier along with a UV light to kill mold and viruses. It's a complete package with smart communication system between the thermostat to the AC unit outside, and the furnace. All the components are smart and the unit runs from 1% to 100% based on the need. The thermostat shows you exactly how much energy it uses daily in a chart on the app on my phone. On a 100 degree day set to 73 the unit uses around 3$ a day or less (my rate is .10 cents a KWH) which is unreal. At any rate, Air Patrol did an amazing job. Shawn really knew his stuff. I really felt very comfortable with his knowledge and smart suggestions. Our master was always about 5 degrees hotter than the rest of the house and he suggested a some duct work changes which we agreed to and now the wife wears a sweater all around the house in the summer which is crazy. The house is always cold unlike before and this is just the downstairs unit set to 73. The system is super fast to cool as well, tested from 80 to 73 about 45 minutes. Ramon, Yourman and Francisco (the installers) were total champs and really did incredible work. The installation and attention to detail is superb. I highly recommend Air Patrol if you want quality installation at the best price. And like I said I never write reviews for anyone but they really deserved it.

The folks at Air Patrol did a great job with our recent home HVAC replacement.  Shawn, the owner, personally came to the house and gave us several options, explained the features of each unit and helped us make the right choice for us. The install was scheduled promptly and the office verified the appointment and completed a COVID-19 assessment the day before.  On installation day, the team (Ramon, Yorman and Francisco) arrived on time and completed the work the same day.  They respected our house, using both shoe covers and floor covers during the install. After completion, the team gave us a guided tour of the install and a demonstration of the thermostat set up along with all documentation, including approved city permit.  This is the 3rd installation Air Patrol has done for us and we continue to be very satisfied.

They answered all my questions and also provided some extra information about my A/C unit maintenance that no other company had ever told me about. Having seen several Service companies and techies over the years, I am not easily impressed and when I am, I place on record my sincere appreciation thru a honest review. Shawn's team installed both my A/C units in 2015 and they never failed till now. When one of them did and I reported, Shawn called me to assess so he could send me the right techies. Beto and Josiah are not just great techies but prompt in arriving and exceptional in explaining the issue and what would be the best resolution. Shawn stayed with them on the phone to provide expert advice. Needless to say, I am very happy with their exceptional service and would gladly recommend them within my network including my Nextdoor.
