"These guys are awesome!!!! I woke up at 8am Sunday morning in JULY and my AC WAS OUT! I called three other companies and they either did not answer or I left a message. When I called Metro AC Dewayne answered and told me he could have someone out today, he also explained their emergency call service fee of $150.00 but I totally understood since it was Sunday morning. He took my information and told me a technician would call me within the hour. Larry, the technician called me about 15 min later and said he could be there by 1000am. Dewayne called me back about 45 min later to make sure Larry had called me and set up a time. Larry showed up at around 950. I showed him where the compressor was and that it had been running but the fan had not been spinning. He looked at everything and came in and explained he felt it was only the capacitor but it might be the motor. His plan was the replace capacitor and if that didn't work we would change out the motor. He replaced the capacitor, checked the pressures and temps coming out of AC, changed out my air filter (which he did not have to do) and was done by 1100!! Larry was nice and used shoe covers and was very professional! Metro air conditioning will be my new go to AC and heating repair and maintenance shop!!"

"When our AC went out on a Friday afternoon, we contacted our Home warranty provider who told us we would need to wait until Monday and the company they connected us to had a bad reputation. So we took matters into our own hands and contacted Rescue AC late on Friday night. We chose them due to the great reviews they have online and they lived up to them. As promised they had someone out to our house early in the day and didn't give us long ridiculous windows of time. Roman was assigned to us, called us as soon as he was on his way and arrived exactly when promised. We even signed up for the (no contract) year maintenance plan which paid for itself with the %15 we saved. "This Guy is a real pro at what he does! I don't have enough words to express my appreciation with the Job he did in my attic with the air conditioning ducts. Besides being an excellent air conditioning pro he is pleasant and honest. I had interviewed 3 other companies for the Job and I decided to go with him. The minute He went in the attic he asked me all the right questions. Questions to better replace the ducts in my two story condominium. since the air condition unit is in the first floor he needed to find the ducts on the walls in the second floor and figure out where they where. There was a duct that went to my kitchen that has never worked. He figured out that the duct came up the wall trough one of the closets. He opened a small hole on the sheet rock and fished out the duct and connected it with the other one in the attic .My home is actually cool for the first time since I moved in and I have and air condition kitchen."
