He was running late, and I wish they would have called us to let us know that. Otherwise they did a great job and were polite.

David called when I inquired online and I learned he was a dog lover - he showed concern for my babies being in the heat and could send someone out first thing this morning - that's all I needed to hear! 🐶 Gael is the technician that came to my home. He was on time, efficient, professional, and pleasant to work with. He provided me with a lot of information about what was going on and there were no hidden costs. I felt they were trustworthy and I will be using them for any future needs. The capacitor and fan motor needed to be replaced. Including tax, it was $947.

Quick response time and came within 1 hour. Very honest and fair price for the work. Technician was polite, friendly and honest. Will use again and highly recommend.

Working with Dr Air & Heat was the best experience I have had to date with any Service Company. The initial call with the Lead Tech David was very informative and the Tech he sent, Gael, was very professional, he listened to the issues I had and provided options that I was never made aware of by the Big Box Companies that had come out in the past . He fixed the unit and I feel that I now have a plan for that unit and for the other two units when the time comes. They are 5 Star in all aspects to me.

My AC quit yesterday afternoon. Dr. Air responded right away, got the needed part and tech was on the way. Fixed same day by early afternoon For a very reasonable price. This was a great experience. They will get all my future business for sure.

Air conditioning stopped working on a Wednesday. David sent out a technician that afternoon to confirm the compressor was bad. The next day a crew of 3 came out in late afternoon and installed a new A/C unit (old one was 28 yo) and a new furnace (old one was 30 yo). I stuck with RUUD/Rheem due to good experiences. The crew was efficient (3 hours to do both installs), the A/C is working great with cooler air and more forceful blowing, and they briefly checked the furnace operation also. My old unit was a 10 SEER operating probably at a 7 efficiency lately and my new unit is a 14.3 SEER. I found everyone polite from the owner to the workers, addressed my needs, and answered my questions. I still use my old thermostat which is Honeywell programmable while the one they gave me was Honeywell non-programmable. And BTW, David said I probably would raise my thermostat a degree or so with the new unit, and I did without any loss of comfort. Finally, the price was the best I found.

My very old air conditioner stopped cooling one evening. After getting on Angi, I heard from the owner of Dr. Air and Heat. He ended coming to my house to check it out, and gave me options that he carefully explained. I chose the heat pump, and the next day he and his crew were here to install it. I have never had technicians do such an incredibly clean job. He spent 30 minutes when finished to carefully explain everything and to answer my questions. He then called to check up on me two days later. If you want a job done thoroughly and honestly, Dave from Dr. Air and Heat is your man.

Great company to work with. Installed a new a/c system today for a fair price and owner as well as crew were all very respectful and professional. Highly recommend!

The Dr. Air & Heating Technician (David) responded very quickly to me opening the project. Was able to come out in very short time. Localized the issue very quickly and resolved the issue with the control board (caused by the previous AC company). The cost of the project was very reasonable. I will use Dr. Air & Heating again based on this experience.

These guys went through my nest system and set everything up again for me, as I had to change internet systems. Thanks for your hard work.
