"Had an on-site review of work to be done with walk-thru and covered off on what needed to be done. Team showed up on time and about got about 7-8 hours of work the first day removing popcorn ceiling and fixing the cracks. 2nd day was final work and painting. The team did a very good job on the popcorn ceiling removal and the crack repairs. Crack repairs were for corners and the middle of the wall. Texture was spot on match and ceiling texture to replace popcorn was very good. Painting on 2nd day went well, there were a few areas of touch-up that could be been better but was a solid job. Only point of professionalism frustration was brevity of clean-up and tools were apparently washed in our side yard grassy area vs. properly disposed of."

"I was very impressed with Louis' professionalism and with the quality of his work.   He was responsive to my e-mails when we were setting up the appointment.  I had also asked for a phone call 30-60 minutes before he was going to be at the house so that I could get some stuff done at work and still get home in time to meet him.   He called as I requested and got to the house when he said he would.   That's big for me because it meant that I didn't waste my morning waiting for someone to show up.
He did the work well and did it efficiently.   He also did a great job cleaning up after he was finished with the installation.
I've been wanting to have a ceiling fan installed in my living room, and he was able to provide an estimate for that work while he was at the house.   This experience went very well, so I fully intend to hire Louis to do the ceiling fan installation.

Stacy Callahan (Owner) was wonderful in the prep process. Mr. Callahan walked through the areas I was looking to remodel, asked questions and made helpful recommendation. The price quoted for tiling floors in one full bath, one half bath and a laundry room was excellent and the quality of the work outstanding. The owner was very helpful as well in giving input on flooring  options and other local businesses that I could visit for making my selections.

My family and I were very pleased. The team arrived punctually each morning ad worked consistently throughout the day. The window was during the holidays and the Callahan Construction team was excellent about avoiding (to the degree possible ) other activities in progress.

"Arrived on time.  In a little over two hours, they completed 5 repairs:
1)  Removed 11-year old kitchen faucet.  The rusted bolts under sink made job more difficult.   Cleaned sink top where old faucet had been and then installed new faucet.  (we provided the new faucet)
2)  Repaired back-splash (behind faucet where laminate was beginning to separate from wall) by applying heat-activated adhesive and heating with heat gun.  Also, applied fresh caulk behind sink and along full length of kitchen cabinet.
3)  Repaired recessed can light that no longer worked.   Pulled can down through ceiling opening and found problem with a wire not making a good connection.
4)  Replaced ballast inside a fluorescent light fixture. (we provided the new ballast)
5) Re-hung an outdoor coach light on front of house.

Retextured the ceiling, installed floor and also tiled the new shower and installed cabinets, new toilet and shower doors. Also kept the house clean when they were working.
