I've hired Southern Painting to paint the interior and exterior of two homes, and I've been extremely pleased with their work each time. They are very professional and courteous, in addition to being highly capable and careful with my property. On the interior, Ines and crew did a great job painting my kitchen cabinets plus removing wallpaper, applying texture & paint to kitchen and master bath and as well as the garage, filling in/painting wall settling cracks as needed. On the exterior, they neatly re-stained my pergola, plus repaired the wood around windows, corners and eaves before repainting all the trim with precision and care. I'll definitely call on Terrence and Southern Painting again!

Excellent painting and texture results - better than I dreamed it would be! Ines and crew did a great job painting my kitchen cabinets plus removing wallpaper and applying texture & paint to kitchen and nook walls, plus restaining my pergola. They are very professional, tidy, and they work fast. I'll definitely call on them again!

My house looks brand new. I was always kept up-to-date on the progress of the work. The team was very professional and their painting and wood replacement skills were remarkable. Great clean-up after completion. I plan to hire Southern Painting next year to paint the interior. I highly recommend this company.

Terrance was very thorough and professional as our sales rep and site manager. Ines and his crew did an outstanding job of protecting all furniture and flooring, and did a masterful job of painting - including paint matching some tricky wainscoting. The job was completed in one day and included 2-coats of paint. We highly recommend Southern Painting of Carrollton.

Terrence Heaney & the team of painters he supplied were wonderful. Terrence gave us color suggestions, very competitive pricing for high-quality paint, primer & caulk, & was able to replace rotting soffits & fascia. This was our first time to have the brick painted, so there was lots of caulking & prep work. Great quality workmanship & professional, punctual crew that did not cut corners. They taped off windows & decking, removed trash & cleaned up nicely. Highly recommend.

We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Southern painting. Terrance was very detailed in the initial estimate, articulating the different paint types they would use for the various substrates, the siding type which would be used for the replacement, and detail on the thorough prep process. He and his team were very responsive to comments and quickly addressed all issues. I am a notoriously difficult customer and they exceeded my expectations. Terrance planned to complete a walk through on the project after completion to ensure I was satisfied, but I cancelled, since I didn't find any issues with their work. I plan to hire them again to stain our deck.

They did fine. They came out and got the job done. It was fairly quick application that they did. They did a good job. There was a little bit of a clean up issue. They missed a little bit on that. They came back and corrected their problem. They followed through very well.

Only issue was that it took 3 days to complete instead of the two originally proposed; however, the workmanship was superior. We had removed the picture framing on the walls in the living and dining area which required sanding, texturing, priming, and paint. Now you can't even tell where the picture frame molding was on the walls!

Other than the weather not cooperating...very well! Crew worked hard and did a good job. I really appreciated that they did a couple of extra steps in fixing/filling a few extra areas that we didn't originally talk about but discovered as the work was being done. My next big job will be interior painting and I will be contacting them again. Very pleased!

My husband put it best--he is completely "blown away" by the thoroughness, efficiency, and professionalism of Leandro and his crew of painters. Our house looks brand new! Not only are these men talented painters, but they are detail oriented and very concerned with the quality of their work. They found some additional touches that would make the house look better--such as painting a pipe that ran across our roof--and they took care of these details without raising the quoted price. Once the job was finished, each of the crew of four took a turn going over the job carefully to look for any place that needed a touch up. In addition, they were very conscious of picking up after themselves and leaving the yard and flower beds looking untouched. It was clear that they wanted us to be completely satisfied, and we definitely are! They will be our go-to painters in the future, for sure!

From the beginning I found working with this company stressful and unsatisfying. My impression was the the Southern Painting rep mainly saw his job as ensuring that the crew stay strictly within the letter of the job quote. So when the crew said they had repaired everything that needed repaired and were ready to paint, I went outside and looked at one area where I knew the wood was rotten and saw that they had not replaced it -- because it wasn't in the quote. These boards were so rotten and bug eaten that you could easily stick your finger right through them or crush the board in your bare hand. When I call the Southern Painting rep, rather that assuring me that they would find and replace any rotten wood, he wanted me to identify anyplace that I thought needed repair. This is a 2-story house, and I still do not have confidence that there are no rotten boards that were just painted over. Also, I was really disappointed that we got no chance to see the paint colors on the house before the crew proceeded. This is something I think is essential for any painting company.
