"Excellent professionalism and timely communication. He was open, honest, respectful and rather than trying to perform a bigger job that I thought I might need, he advised me how to appropriately repair it at a more reasonable cost. If he were not an honest businessman, he could have easily taken advantage of my willingness to commit to a larger job. I would use use this company going forward for my roofing needs."

"Our roof needed to be replaced following the May 2025 tornado in St Louis. The job in itself was not super complicated, but there were many moving parts including dealing with the insurance, handling solar panels, etc. These guys did an excellent job, and I would work with them again if I had to start all over. They were particularly good in handling the back and forth with the insurance, and the whole project was completed in a very reasonable time. Most houses in my neighborhood are still waiting for a new roof..."

"They did an amazing job from start to finish! Their crew was amazing; very respectful and quick to get the job done. Zach and Rob were great to work with; they made sure we understood the process with insurance and installation, made great recommendations on the roof and warranty and were very prompt on getting to our job! Would recommend them to anyone!"

"Perfect. Great communication about questions I had. This was my first new roof so I knew nothing. Had a chimney problem 7 months later unrelated to the roof and they came out and checked their work the day after. Gave me advice to save money on the chimney."

"I called Coldstream after a hail storm damaged the roof of our commerical building. Part of the roof is flat but there are 3 corner towers which are two stories high and pitched shingle roof lines. First contact with Coldstream was Julie. Very professional and quick to respond. she took the information and arranged for project manager, Ricky, to inspect the damage. Ricky sent me multiple pictures showing the damage to shingled part of roof. He was also honest and up front that the flat part of the roof was not damaged. He did an excellent job picking a comparable color of shingle as the original color was discontinued. Ricky kept in communication when install crew would arrive. Crew arrived, made the install and left the ground around the building very clean and undisturbed. Even my 3 retail tenants were happy with the installation. Highly recommend Coldstream for their excellent work, professionalism, and honesty."

"We just got our roof replaced with 5 Star. We had a great experience. Matt came out, looked at our roof, and identified damaged. I opened a claim with my insurance company. Matt and the insurance company worked together to get coverage. I only had to click a few buttons and wait. Matt came by to get a deposit and then final payment once the roof was complete. Our roof was completed ahead of schedule and it only took six hours. The installers were professional and efficient. I hope they liked the Gatorade my daughter brought to them. The roof looks great. I'm recommending 5 Star to anyone that I can."

"Crew arrived at 6:45 am. They started tearing off the old roof immediately. We had some errands to run and left around 9:30 when we got home at 2:30 the roof was completely done and all the debris was picked up. It was as if no one had been there but a new roof had magically appeared. The roof looks great, we highly recommend Intelligent Roofing and Exteriors."

"Dave Dawson and team were a joy to work with when putting on my new roof. Their communication, professionalism and dedication to detail and quality were excellent. Being a single homeowner, selecting a Roofing company can be a daunting task. After doing extensive research and other bids, Dawson checked all the boxes to my great satisfaction. I also had referrals for using them by very satisfied customers. Dave, the owner, works with you personally and does a thorough final inspection to meet his stiff standards. My crew, Gary and Karl, were very hardworking, courteous and easy to communicate with during the process. They have worked for Dave since the mid eighties. I would give them an A+ in knowledge and workmanship Kathy, in the office, became my new best friend. If you want peace of mind to know you roof is on right and esthetically pleasing donâ  t hesitate to use this company. My last roofer cut corners unbeknownst to me. I trusted Dawsonâ  s honesty and showing me the prior damage. It has been a great business relationship. Iâ  ll sleep well tonight with expected heavy rains. That means everything to me. Mary Lou W"

"Another fantastic experience! I needed a few roof shingles repaired from wind damage to my 2 story home. Contacted Dustin around noon on a Thurs, and he replied in less than an hour. Had his team member come out and evaluate my roof within 2 hours on the same day! I however, did not have the correct shingles in hand, but they patched it up and installed temporary shingles as heavy rain was expected over the next 3 days. In short, they returned in 4 days and promptly repaired my roof in a timely manner. Just immaculate service from beginning to end. I cannot speak more highly of my experiences with Tailored Exteriors. Thank you Dustin and Jack!"

"Greg Bowdler from Keep Dry Roofing repaired a soil stack leak on my roof and I highly recommend them. They responded immediately to my request for help, arranged to repair the roof before the next rain, and did a great job."
