A&W worked directly with our home insurance company to verify the full cost of the roof replacement and that it would be fully covered under our insurance policy. The roof was replaced in one day. Their was a minor issue with the quality of the fascia that was replaced on one side of the house but it was resolved satisfactorily in a timely manner. "We just got our roof replaced with 5 Star. We had a great experience. Matt came out, looked at our roof, and identified damaged. I opened a claim with my insurance company. Matt and the insurance company worked together to get coverage. I only had to click a few buttons and wait. Matt came by to get a deposit and then final payment once the roof was complete. Our roof was completed ahead of schedule and it only took six hours. The installers were professional and efficient. I hope they liked the Gatorade my daughter brought to them. The roof looks great. "Another fantastic experience! I needed a few roof shingles repaired from wind damage to my 2 story home. Contacted Dustin around noon on a Thurs, and he replied in less than an hour. Had his team member come out and evaluate my roof within 2 hours on the same day! I however, did not have the correct shingles in hand, but they patched it up and installed temporary shingles as heavy rain was expected over the next 3 days. In short, they returned in 4 days and promptly repaired my roof in a timely manner. Just immaculate service from beginning to end.
