"Recently, we had to have a 150 year old Oak Tree removed. The tree had an enormous canopy which provided shade for our patio and also kept the sun from shining directly into our family room. Once it was down, we realized we needed to look for a solution that would give the shade we needed. After researching several solutions, we called Innovative Shade Solutions to talk about an awning. Daveâ ¦owner of the companyâ ¦came out and detailed several approached to mitigating the issue. We decided on an awning that was approximately 13.5 ft. wide by 11 ft. deep. It had a motor to extend and retract the awning and also has a feature that will retract the awning ini strong wind gusts. The awning is beautiful and effective. Dave and his son did the installation personally. We couldnâ  t be more pleased as the project was delivered on time and is beautiful. Underpromised and overdelivered! "Mike's crew did an excellent job of both the driveway and patio. Mike worked with me in the design of the stamped patio and made several recommendations that I would not have considered if he had not volunteered the information. The concrete and stamping crew were professional and listened to my concerns when I voiced them; however, I would have liked it if they could have been more tidy with cleanup at the end of each day, but did a good job once the project was completed. The only point of disappointment was in the regrading and reseeding along the driveway and patio. This was done by a separate crew who did a less than spectacular job which eventually was resolved after several phone calls."
