"To say these guys did and awesome job is an understatement. I couldn't be more pleased. This was a very difficult job. The floor have had carpet for years. The carpet was old looking and worn, however the floors were even worse underneath. There were missing planks, uneven soft spots, vinyl floor tile half taken off, it was a mess. Cid came to the job knowing the floors were horrible. I gave him full disclosure over the phone. I really anticipated him seeing the floors and walking away. A few days prior that's what happened with a different company. Cid was very personable, professional, knowledgeable, informative and fair.
