"We had a floor ripped up and replaced with luxury vinyl. It was supposed to be a one day job but turned into three only because the old floor was glued down and ripped up the concrete with it. All new concrete had to be poured which was no fault of theirs. You never know what will happen when you rip up a floor or tear down a wall.
