Appreciated Fernando at Stonebridge Roofing's quick response to my needs when water was coming into my kitchen through the hood during a rain storm. They were able to come out and offer a quote and get the work done within 5 days. I was out of town when they were doing the work so they sent pictures to show me every step of the work. Good customer service and follow up from the team at Stonebridge Roofing.

contacted Fernando after a storm did a number on my roof. He responded to me that same night got out to me immediately to tarp the roof and continued to work with me to do the repairs on the roof which are all top quality. Would absolutely use again.

This company and its agent, Fernando Mena, were outstanding. I randomly selected this company to handle my mom's leaking roof and without seeing any reviews. It was the candid and honest approach by Fernando with helping to match the required work to meet my financial ability that was so amazing. He made it comfortable and easy to deal; especially since I was contracting from San Antonio, Texas on my mom's behalf. This man gave us excellent and superior service at a phenomenal price. Fernando reached out to me very quickly after contacting the company to arrange a home visit and inspection. He arrived promptly, and provided me with the results of his inspection with photos. Fernando was very knowledgeable and happily answered my questions. He identified my areas of concern, and provided me options for repairs. As promised, a few days later I received the written estimate via email. After making the decision to proceed with the work, I was able to conveniently print and sign the contract, and return it to Fernando via email. This was on a Friday. The following Wednesday, the job was completed. The work crew did everything as laid out in the estimate/contract, and the job was completed to my satisfaction. Would definitely work with Stonebridge again!

Wonderful! Fernando, Stonebridge's project manager, was wonderful to work with. He was honest and explained all of our problems and options. There were a lot of problems caused by poor workmanship of another company prior to us taking ownership of the home. Leaks were pouring right into my toddler's room causing mold and destruction. Stonebridge didn't just repair our home, they didn't just fix another companies mistakes...they took care of my family! We couldn't be more grateful! They repaired all broken exhaust piping, they replaced molded and rotted subroofing installing watershield and flashing around the chimney, they plugged any areas of concer, they installed new ridge ventilation to the entire house, and repaired seams of a flat roof extension. All work was matched to the existing structure. Work area was left in perfect condition. Workers were courteous and the job was completed quickly.

Stonebridge (and our contact Fernando) is an excellent company that does high quality work for the right price. Unlike so many contractors I've worked with, Stonebridge/Fernando are incredibly responsive to calls and concerns. Their work is also meticulous, and we've got a fabulous new 50 year white roof and a beautifully shingled mansard roof to show for it! I can recommend this company highly enough, and in fact several of my friends have now used them for their roofing needs and have been nothing but happy with Stonebridge as well!

We had hail damage over the years in the roof and we Needed some work done. I contact several companies, but none of them satisfies my requests till my insurance salesman told about Stonebridge Roofing and Fernando came by my home and told me what to expect from them. They did an excellent job in outlining the various options available to me as well as with detailing the pros and cons of the various choices. He even fight back the insurance company, because they didn't want paid for the roof. The work was done in a timely fashion. I 'm 100% sure that I will use them again in the future events. pictures of before and after.

Excellent work from start to finish. Ollie, the general manager, and Roger, the project manager were very helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Both were very prompt in returning my calls, messages, and e-mails. They kept me advised on the progress of the work crews. We had some delays due to weather, but the work crews worked very hard in difficult conditions to complete the project. All the work was done in an excellent manner. The final result looks great. We could not be more pleased.

Good experience with this company. My original contractor (CWC Roofing) drug the repair out for months trying to convince the insurance company to do a replace when they were saying that the damage wasn't enough to warrant it and then ran for the hills when they were unequivocally told that only repair was warranted by the damage. At that point, they stopped responding to calls and e-mails...didn't even have the integrity to simply say that they weren't interested if it wasn't a full replace.
After contacting Stonebridge, they came out the day after my call for an inspection, did try to get me to see if the insurance company would re-evaluate their inspection, but kept their word and proceeded with the repair when that was a no-go. On top of that, in light of the problems I had with the previous contractor, they got it taken care of lightning fast once they got the OK to move forward.
I worked with a gentleman named Fernando and he was very responsive to calls, text messages, and e-mails throughout the whole process.
