He came out quickly inspected our roof and said that we had no damage and reassured us that we likely had another 5 years on our roof. We greatly appreciated his honesty! "Matt was very helpful as we debated between metal and shingle roofs. We decided to go with shingles as we do not expect to stay in the house long enough to make the cost worthwhile. This is unfortunate as metal has many benefits but does not get the credit it deserves when selling.
The crew came early morning and worked into evening to get the job done quickly. They were very polite and respectful of people and property. The property was cleaned after the job done.

"Not only was I extremely happy with the customer service from Intelligent Roofing and Exteriors, we got hit with 5/8 dia. hail 3 days after they finished the roof. A neighbor called another company out to examine their roof and give them an estimate. They requested to check out our roof for damage hoping to get additional work. The company used a drone and stated that we had no damage and said that whomever did our roof did an excellent job. Hats off to Intelligent Roofing from me and another non-associated company."
