I cannot speak more highly of Intelligent Roofing & Exteriors!! From my initial meeting with Thomas, I knew Intelligent was the company to choose to build my new deck. He listened to my vision & brought it to life with precision & creativity. Throughout the entire process, this deck building project was seamless & an absolute triumph. Mike, Mary, Adam & Matt were very timely, responsive and professional. The deck crew: Josh, Donald & Jacoby, are incredibly detail-oriented, professional, punctual & they couldn?t have been nicer to work with! The craftsmanship is second to none?every board is perfectly aligned, the finishes are flawless, & the overall design blends so well with my home. The added features?like stair lights, bar rail, & sleek railings?elevate the entire experience. I received the bid and I found it to be reasonable for a new balcony deck compared with others. Josh and Jacoby were the crew. The gentlemen were very nice, professional and worked very hard! They had the deck completed in 4 days, cleaned up thoroughly and were finished. The people in the office were a pleasure to work with, including Mary, Mike and Adam. I was most pleased with the services that were provided by Intelligent Roofing!

Inspection Roofing
Requested a roof inspection on a Sunday morning, By that afternoon I got a phone call and set up appointment. Mike and Matt came to the house, looked over the roof them we sat down and went over the insurance estimate line by line. Mike answered everyone of my questions. I booked our roof with Intelligent Roofing. After you sign with them you get a call from Mary she is great. Mary explains everything and how they work. She keeps you informed about the project. We even got our roof done two days ahead of schedule. The crew was great, they keep the yard very clean during the install. Have yet to find a nail or any trash. Matt came by a couple days after completion of the roof. Everything was good. Final payment was made and insurance company called and everything was complete and my check for code updates is on its way. We plan on a siding project with Mike and Matt.

Inspection Roofing
Crew arrived at 6:45 am. They started tearing off the old roof immediately. We had some errands to run and left around 9:30 when we got home at 2:30 the roof was completely done and all the debris was picked up. It was as if no one had been there but a new roof had magically appeared. The roof looks great, we highly recommend Intelligent Roofing and Exteriors.

We just had our deck replaced by Intelligent Roofing and Exteriors and couldnâ t be happier. The folks at Intelligent Roofing and Exteriors were attentive and understanding of our needs for this project. From start to finish they were in touch with us and followed up promptly with all the calls we made to them. Beginning with Tom who made arrangements to come to our home later in the afternoon beyond normal work hours to accommodate my wifeâ s late schedule. He was able to provide us with a myriad of options and deck colors and materials. When we decided to use them for our project, Tom returned and arranged financing for us as well. After our decision to use Intelligent Roofing and Exteriors and financing was secured, Shannon promptly came to the house and photographed our old deck, took measurements, and explained the project details to us. He then drew up the plans for our new deck and emailed them to us within 24 hours. He also submitted the plans for approval to the county and obtained all necessary permits. Mary worked with us to schedule a start date for the project and ensured that the dumpster and all materials were on site for the start of the project. She also called after the project started to make sure we were satisfied with the work being done. The crew that did our work was a father and son team, Rob, and Robert. They were on site every morning by 6:45.M. and worked nonstop until 4:00 PM. They were truly craftsmen and the job they did was beautiful. On top of their carpentry skills the project called for an 8â X10â concrete pad. Rob did a fantastic job on that part of the project as well. To top it off, after the project was completed, they moved my rather large 450 lb smoker/grill combo onto the pad on their own without my asking them. I was very appreciative of that. All in all, this was the best experience I have ever had with any contractor work I have ever had done. I will highly recommend Intelligent Roofing and Exteriors to anyone looking for work done to their homes.

We hired Intelligent to replace our old wood deck with a covered composite deck. We received bids from 4 different companies and all the bids came reasonably close. Only 3 of 4 companies were willing to install a roof over the deck. Our deciding factor was the variety of decking to choose from, the quality of decking, the timeline and how well Tom their sales person answered our questions and did not pressure us. He came to our house twice and we exchanged several emails prior to us signing the contract. We actually had one more company scheduled to give us a bid but after our second meeting with Tom we were ready to book the job. The owner Mike and his office person Andrew maintained contact with us and answered questions. The job ended up costing a little more and took a little longer than expected. It was due to 2 unexpected issues beyond Intelligent or our control which caused a slight change in drawings, engineer approval and city inspection. Love our new covered deck!! Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.
