Admirable Custom Home Improvement

My deck started to fall and I called Admiral Custom Home Improvements; their Google reviews were promising. Now I can vouch for those Google reviews with my own. The work they did on my deck is of the highest quality. It is solid & sturdy. Toby Collier is the owner, very responsive. Randall Gustafson is the Project Manager. The quotes he provided were exact. Darrell and Aaron are the builders. They made building this deck look easy, and I know it was not. I asked for a gate to be placed at the top of the stairs, and they gave me the option to purchase a gate off of Amazon to save money. After I saw the quality of their craftsmanship, there is no way I was going to buy a gate off of Amazon. I asked Darrell to choose & install a gate. I’m so grateful because it is beautiful. They were worth every penny. Also, the turnaround time for project completion was above expectations. I’d gladly refer others to Admiral Custom Home Improvements.

Very inexperienced in tree removal and completely misjudged correct cutting of the tree. It was a very close call and caused damage to my property that he could not repair in a "jiffy" as promised. I had to call another professional in to repair the damage.

Toby is very courteous and his team are as well. They were very hard workers and did not take breaks so that the job could get finished in a timely manner. They always cleaned up nicely before leaving.

Felt that he wasn't very professional. Wanted to give the lowest bid to get the job, but wanted to cut the service and not do the job correctly. He did call right away and came out to look at the deck, but wanted to cut things that needed to be done and do things half way.
