We are VERY HAPPY that we chose Coldstream Exteriors for the repairs on our house after a severe storm. They let us know ahead of time when they would be here working and Coldstream kept in touch with the insurance company thru the entire process. Their yard clean-up was very thorough. We highly recommend Coldstream Exteriors!

Project completed to satisfaction. The roof looks great. Contractor was extra accommodating as we had a rooftop deck that needed to be dismantled before the roof could be installed. Coldstream worked around the material on the roof so that we didn't have to lower it to the ground. Now we can reassemble without having to crane the wood back up. Andy was great to work with.

Coldstream did a great job. It was complicated as we got a new roof, new siding and 11 new windows, all thanks to a hailstorm. Ricky was always attentive and followed up and got the job done. As well as sorting an issues that occurred as we went along. He knew a lot about dealing with our insurance agency and that helps us tremendously. We would highly recommend.

They provided a detailed and competitive bid, communicated consistently, provided an installation team that did a great job and followed up with inspections when the job was completed. Andy was our Project Manager and we are pleased with how efficient and effective he was. We would certainly look to Coldstream Exteriors again for any such projects.

Excellent service and support, and I could not recommend them enough. Our insurance provider was dragging their feet for months and declining us a new roof when Brian from Coldstream was confident that our entire roof needed to be replaced. He worked with us in gathering the necessary pictures/information to have our insurance company send out another agent to take a look at everything. Their second agent agreed that we indeed did need a new roof, and updated our claim. Without Brian and Colstream, we would not have been able to get a new roof from the hail damage in March of 2024 which we definitely needed. Thank you guys again for the consistent support and patience!

I called Coldstream after a hail storm damaged the roof of our commerical building. Part of the roof is flat but there are 3 corner towers which are two stories high and pitched shingle roof lines. First contact with Coldstream was Julie. Very professional and quick to respond. she took the information and arranged for project manager, Ricky, to inspect the damage. Ricky sent me multiple pictures showing the damage to shingled part of roof. He was also honest and up front that the flat part of the roof was not damaged. He did an excellent job picking a comparable color of shingle as the original color was discontinued. Ricky kept in communication when install crew would arrive. Crew arrived, made the install and left the ground around the building very clean and undisturbed. Even my 3 retail tenants were happy with the installation. Highly recommend Coldstream for their excellent work, professionalism, and honesty.

Ricky Waller and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with. Ricky himself went above and beyond to help us out with any questions, in depth explanations, assessing the scope of work, and to assist with everything he could while working with our insurance company. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The crew who did the roofing installation were thorough, quick, cleaned everything up (and may even have left some spots cleaner than they were before the work began!) and were respectful of our property. We loved the service we received, and would use Coldstream for any needed repairs or upgrades they provide. We would recommend them to anyone who asks for suggestions.

He worked directly with the insurance company and was even on-site with the inspector to confirm all the storm damage was documented and recorded. Ricky walked us through each step of the process. We had a wonderful experience with Coldstream Exteriors. Last year our roof was looking pretty rough. We called Coldstream Exteriors. They came out and looked at it the next day and determined we needed a new one. Ricky Waller worked with our insurance company and got us the best deal possible. He also supervised the roofing crew, who were also amazing. They were very respectful and thorough. The crew Cleaned up after themselves and Ricky came back the next day to check our roof, for stray nails on the ground and to make sure we had a good experience. So when we decided to replace our gutters in September there was no question that we would call Coldstream Exteriors and ask for Ricky Waller. He had his crew out in just a few days. Start to finish was only 3 hours. They installed gutters and gutter guards. Besides being knowledgable they are the nicest people to interact with. They were very respectful of our home and flower beds and no mess after. Again Ricky waller came out after to check installation and for way word nails or screws. I would highly recommend Coldstream Exterior and especially Ricky Waller

Mike was our project manager and was great. He came out for a bid quickly and let us know that they had availability for us relatively quickly since our gutters were in pretty terrible condition (missing sections and downspouts). They were one of our lower bids, but we also appreciated how Mike handled our quote by giving us options and detailing price differences for each option. Work started soon after we signed the contract and even though we had a color hiccup with the flashing, we LOVE how our house turned out and are glad to have the house better protected from the elements. Everything was done pretty quickly and the crews were great - we greatly appreciate Mike and Coldstream's professionalism, efficiency, and fantastic results.

Everything was done as scheduled. The crews were here early and got things done the same day. This project was scheduled over 3 different days. One for the roof, another for the soffit / fascia and the last for the gutters. The finished project looks great and we are very happy with our decision.

What an amazing job! The wonderful folks of Coldstream did an amazing job on my flat room. My roof was very old an in need of a lot of repair. Brian was extremely helpful in coming out, and taking great estimates of what it would take to protect my house. Flat roofs are not as common these days so Brian even had his top notch roofer come out and give his opinion as well. I had the whole roof replaced at a great price! The roof looks amazing. Brian’s communication throughout the entire deal was awesome. And they did everything in a very fast manor, it only took them a few days. All before winter just as requested. The crew was very nice, and even cleaned off my back patio of all the leaves that were there. 10/10 would use Coldstream Exterior again.

Andy Rathmann and the team at Coldstream Exteriors did a fantastic job on our new garage roof! Very communicative. Very professional. Very nice! A very fair price for top of the line materials. The installers were fantastic. Quick, efficient, and very thorough. They took great care to clean up the yard and make sure all debris was picked up. Andy came by after the job to to a quality control check on the roof and the clean up. I highly recommend Andy Rathmann and Coldstream Exteriors. I will be referring them to anyone looking for a new roof, siding, or windows. I would definitely use them again!

Contractor was very responsive in providing estimate and executing the work. Contract was highly detailed and descriptive. Team was only here for about a day and a half and worked efficiently and carefully. Manager followed up with a personal visit and inspection and completed clean up and touch-ups.

I have had multiple positive experiences with Coldstream! In 2019, I had a roof leak doing damage to my master bathroom. On the same day I contacted Cold Stream, Greg came out, getting my appointment in before he headed home. He identified the leak source and got a crew to fix it very shortly. In 2021, I had a leak in my garage, Rick came out, got on my roof, and identified the problem. Ricky was very honest about price options and even told me how I fix it at a lower cost than what Coldstream could offer. And Ricky did not charge me for him coming out. Such honesty (instead of trying to get the sale) was highly appreciated. When I need to replace my whole roof in a few years, Coldstream will be my first call.

Our experience with Coldstream Exteriors was a very positive one. Our contact person, Ricky Waller, was very knowledgeable and personable. We never had an issue getting in touch with him. He was very patient with the many questions we had. We had a new roof and gutters installed. We also had our wood fascia boards covered with aluminum. The crew that came to our home were very hard workers and very friendly. We can’t say enough about the excellent job that was done. Our house looks amazing! Also, their pricing was very reasonable.
