A&W worked directly with our home insurance company to verify the full cost of the roof replacement and that it would be fully covered under our insurance policy. The roof was replaced in one day. Their was a minor issue with the quality of the fascia that was replaced on one side of the house but it was resolved satisfactorily in a timely manner. Matt and the insurance company worked together to get coverage. I only had to click a few buttons and wait. Matt came by to get a deposit and then final payment once the roof was complete. "Not only was I extremely happy with the customer service from Intelligent Roofing and Exteriors, we got hit with 5/8 dia. hail 3 days after they finished the roof. A neighbor called another company out to examine their roof and give them an estimate. They requested to check out our roof for damage hoping to get additional work.
