I did and he showed up per our appointment. I liked him from the start. He is far from a pushy salesperson. We talked about price, and he seemed more interested in my affordability than profit for the company. I had an idea about how much it would cost, and signed the proposal emailed to me the next day. No upfront money. He quickly responded to my many texts and questions. If he had to come out, he always sent me a text in advance. The job went as promised. The day after the materials were delivered the work crew showed up at dawn. Ricky kind of took me under his wing and dropped by three different times to check on the job. I love my new roof. Cleanup was about as good as it could be because all of the fallen leaves. Julie in the office was very nice to me. I would recommend Coldstream--ask for Ricky."

Then once job completed we will do a walk around with the customer. Then customer signs off on the job and we collect final payment. We also have experience working with insurance claims and handling them from start to finish. The owners are committed to making every job at the very top regardless of price and or size.
