Rob Connor came out and took pictures so he could show us what the problem was and explained what had happened and how it would be repaired. The next day an employee came out and fixed the raised shingles. He also took pictures to show us the before and after. Both Rob and his employee were very polite and professional. Rob inspected the whole roof and was able to tell us the condition of the roof and give us an estimate on how many more years it may have. I would definitely recommend Connor Roofing!

Outstanding service from inspection of the roof to completion! This is a locally owned roofing company that treats their customers with prompt service and more importantly, quality work. They had done some minor work for us over the years with missing shingles, Dish satellite removal from roof and repair, always with prompt service. When it came time for the full roof to be replaced, Rob at Conner Roofing was my first call. Their bid was very competitive, they use quality products and have one of the best warranties out there in the St. Louis/St. Charles market. The team that put on the new roof did a fantastic job plus they covered our bushes, deck and other areas to ensure no damage. When they left for the day, the roof was perfect and the yard was spotless of any roofing debris. Excellent, quality work. I highly recommend Conner Roofing.

I had to call them back out four times and the job is still not done correctly. Also Rob promised to take the satellite dishes off the roof and down from the pole which was not completely done. I was told by Rob that each time his workers come out to fix something it costs him money, except that if they had done the work correctly the first time I wouldn't have had to call them back out. I was also told by Rob mine was a small job and he would squeeze it in and he would make it look as good as his does.

The work had to be done around cold and wet weather but the crew was able to come on a Saturday and complete the job. Very professional from start to finish including clean-up. I would hire again and recommend Conner to anyone.

I just had my whole roof replaced by Conner Roofing during September 2019. Also added gutter guards - so that drainage would be more effective and without clogs. I gave Rob Conner the job because he paid very close attention to what I said and answered all my questions thoroughly. He provided all the details I needed in the estimate and was available at all times for any other questions I had. During the two days of work on the roof and gutters, he was at my house to check on progress at least once each day. The roofing and gutter crews did a great job, including cleanup. Rob did a final walk through with me where he showed me what was done and how. Incredible service and attention to detail, which is hard to find with a contractor these days. Highly recommended.

I received several bids for the project, and Mr. Conner answered all of my questions and made me feel confident that he would do the best job. The old siding had been poorly installed and Mr. Conner spoke to me about needing extra work to complete the task before proceeding. I agreed with his proposal and the final cost was lower than anticipated. Overall I am satisfied with the work and would hire them again.

I would highly recommend Conner Roofing. I was very satisfied with their responsiveness & high quality work. I contacted 3 companies for offers & they had a fair price, answered all my questions and included a warranty on the work performed. I was really happy with the scheduling and efficiency of completion - the roof looks fantastic. The roofing crew was friendly & everything was cleaned up thoroughly. I'd rehire for future needs as they also do siding, soffit & fascia.

The owner of the business came out and fixed the problem on the spot. I called numerous other roofing companies only to get the brush off. Rob Conner is the owner of this company and he had an excellent crew replace my roof. He does not subcontract, so he knows all of his roofers and the quality of work that they do, and I really like that about his company. That was the icing on the cake after Rob put forth a great bid for the job. Rob also would not accept final payment until he personally inspected the work of his crew to make absolutely sure everything was perfect. I will definitely hire again!

Rob responded very efficiently and fix the problem on the initial visit. Then I asked if he repair garage doors because I was needing a support pillar replaced and new garage doors installed. He said he could replace the support beam but that his crew did not do garage door installation. But he and the garage door contractor iworked together to set up a time when the job would be done all at the same time. I am very happy with what was done, start to finish. Its been 6 months and the gutters are staying free and the roof no longer leaks. The cleanup was flawless. You really wouldn't know they were there.

Conner Roofing is great! They came out right on schedule and cleaned our gutters and straightened out a couple of downspout issues. Rob inspected our roof and made some suggestions but no hard sell - just good information. This is the second time we've used Conner Roofing and I will definitely use them again for gutters and also when we need a new roof. I love working with honest contractors and Rob is certainly an upstanding, honest guy.

Rob and his team do a great job. Their prices are very fair and the work is top notch. I've used them twice now, once for a re-roof of our bay window, and once for simple gutter cleaning. Good communication both times, and I'll most likely be using them to re-do our entire roof within the next 6-12 months. Would definitely recommend them.

Rob (owner) responded to my inquiry fast and was on time for our appointment. After discussing his game plan, Rob and his crew got right up on the roof and began painstakingly removing leaves by hand from my 2-story home’s clogged gutters. They then placed the wet leaves in buckets, brought them back down to the ground and transferred them into a yard waste bag. They even took the bag with them! I also had some fascia sections that had come loose that were way too high up for me to fix, and Rob’s team just breezed right up there and fixed it quickly. Lastly, without my even asking, they notices several panels of my siding that had come loose due to the wind. They grabbed a ladder, popped up there with a special siding tool, and fixed it. Rob and his team really went the extra mile for me today. A company that points out extra items that need fixing (and creates extra work for themselves that they could have skipped) is a company with integrity, and that’s hard to find these days. Next time I need any roof work done, it’s Conner Roofing all the way.

I was contacted by Conner Roofing and we scheduled an inspection. Though the deal was for $150 roof maintenance , Rob and I agreed on a $50 inspection. Rob was on time and performed the inspection. He provided very professional advice on the flashing around the chimney and skylights. The chimney flashing is fine, but the skylight flashing should be upgraded to a better kit to provide better leak protection. Since the skylights do not appear to be leaking at this time, I have not acted on the skylight flashing yet. Rob also provided some valuable information on the roof installation (I had a new roof installed recently by a different contractor) that was very educational that I wish I had known prior to having the new roof put on. I do respect Rob's inputs and if I detect any leaks or decide to update the skylight flashing, I will be calling Conner Roofing.

We met with Rob he reviewed the roof and he suggested we call the insurance company to review our situation. Rob met with the insurance adjuster and we were able to make a claim. Since we had the house on the market time was of the essence. He had a team at the house within a few days and it was completed in one day. Very good quality work. He was professional and very honest and I would recommend Connor Roofing! He works well with insurance companies to make sure the client has exceptional service!
