A&W worked directly with our home insurance company to verify the full cost of the roof replacement and that it would be fully covered under our insurance policy. The roof was replaced in one day. Their was a minor issue with the quality of the fascia that was replaced on one side of the house but it was resolved satisfactorily in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend A&W to anyone needing roof repair work."

"Matt was very helpful as we debated between metal and shingle roofs. We decided to go with shingles as we do not expect to stay in the house long enough to make the cost worthwhile. This is unfortunate as metal has many benefits but does not get the credit it deserves when selling.
The crew came early morning and worked into evening to get the job done quickly. They were very polite and respectful of people and property. The property was cleaned after the job done.

"I called Coldstream after a hail storm damaged the roof of our commerical building. Part of the roof is flat but there are 3 corner towers which are two stories high and pitched shingle roof lines. First contact with Coldstream was Julie. Very professional and quick to respond. she took the information and arranged for project manager, Ricky, to inspect the damage. Ricky sent me multiple pictures showing the damage to shingled part of roof. He was also honest and up front that the flat part of the roof was not damaged. He did an excellent job picking a comparable color of shingle as the original color was discontinued. Ricky kept in communication when install crew would arrive. Crew arrived, made the install and left the ground around the building very clean and undisturbed. Even my 3 retail tenants were happy with the installation.
