After receiving major hail damage to my roof, I called Jake who came to my house within the hour, assessed the damage, and patched the damaged areas on the roof so that no further damage would be done until the roof could be repaired and replaced. Jake himself figured out a way to fix the area around my chimney to prevent further issues with that area, which is something that no one else has been able to do before. Even my chimney sweep specialist who thoroughly inspected the chimney area where it meets the roof following the roof repair and installation, commented that he had never seen a job on chimney surround so well done before. Jake is extremely knowledgeable in all things related to roofing, and he explained everything thoroughly to me along the way. He also helped me to pick roofing shingles that have enhanced the look of my house. I have received many compliments on my new roof from my neighbors. Jake definitely went way above and beyond during the whole process from start to finish, including paying much attention to the details no matter how small.
