"After agreeing on a time to meet, arrived on time to look at yard that needed clean up. Was supposed to get an estimate back quickly but it turned into a several day wait. Had to call to remind we were still waiting. Once back on track, the maintenance person came to rake up the yard and did a good job with my rake. His was a skinny metal tined rake that was pulling up the grass so I supplied a bigger, wider plastic rake so he could get the job done quicker. I have scheduled to have them back to do the lawn mowing so I'm happy with there work."

It was going to need several yards of dirt that had to be wheelbarrowed up a steep hill all done by hand, hill was to steep for machinery to be used. Also needed two skids of sod to be brought up the hill. Chris ( the owner) was there the whole time to make sure all went well.
