They were honest, reliable, and responsive when I had questions. because they couldn't get to my roof right away, they did a temporary fix, and when that didn't hold, they came back and redid the temporary fix until it worked. They also took care of scheduling the tuckpointing that was necessary. I don't know how their pricing compares to that of their competitors, but I don't really care. honesty and quality work it's worth paying for."

A&W worked directly with our home insurance company to verify the full cost of the roof replacement and that it would be fully covered under our insurance policy. The roof was replaced in one day. Their was a minor issue with the quality of the fascia that was replaced on one side of the house but it was resolved satisfactorily in a timely manner.
