Our insurance provider was dragging their feet for months and declining us a new roof when Brian from Coldstream was confident that our entire roof needed to be replaced. He worked with us in gathering the necessary pictures/information to have our insurance company send out another agent to take a look at everything. Their second agent agreed that we indeed did need a new roof, and updated our claim. Without Brian and Colstream, we would not have been able to get a new roof from the hail damage in March of 2024 which we definitely needed. "Not only was I extremely happy with the customer service from Intelligent Roofing and Exteriors, we got hit with 5/8 dia. hail 3 days after they finished the roof. A neighbor called another company out to examine their roof and give them an estimate. They requested to check out our roof for damage hoping to get additional work.
