First contact with Coldstream was Julie. Very professional and quick to respond. she took the information and arranged for project manager, Ricky, to inspect the damage. Ricky sent me multiple pictures showing the damage to shingled part of roof. He was also honest and up front that the flat part of the roof was not damaged. He did an excellent job picking a comparable color of shingle as the original color was discontinued. Ricky kept in communication when install crew would arrive. Crew arrived, made the install and left the ground around the building very clean and undisturbed. Even my 3 retail tenants were happy with the installation. "Another fantastic experience! I needed a few roof shingles repaired from wind damage to my 2 story home. Contacted Dustin around noon on a Thurs, and he replied in less than an hour. Had his team member come out and evaluate my roof within 2 hours on the same day! I however, did not have the correct shingles in hand, but they patched it up and installed temporary shingles as heavy rain was expected over the next 3 days.
