A&W worked directly with our home insurance company to verify the full cost of the roof replacement and that it would be fully covered under our insurance policy. The roof was replaced in one day. Their was a minor issue with the quality of the fascia that was replaced on one side of the house but it was resolved satisfactorily in a timely manner. "The person who scheduled my appointment was very nice. The employee who came to my home was great -- he looked at the ceiling stain and then got on my roof to check all of the vents. He could not find a problem with any of the vents, but readily agreed to do a "water test" (take a hose up and run water on the vent area) when I requested it. While the water was running he checked the overall condition of my roof and gutters -- even pulled several handfuls of gunk out of the gutters. He was very thorough and nice about answering my many questions. The water test did not change the ceiling stain and he recommended I talk to a plumber regarding a possible plumbing problem. He didn't charge me as he said that he hadn't fixed anything -- but I felt very reassured having had the roof checked. Will definitely use Tesson in the future!"

He worked with us in gathering the necessary pictures/information to have our insurance company send out another agent to take a look at everything.
