I admit that I am a picky clean freak and they guys did a nice job cleaning up behind themselves and were respectful of my property. I thoroughly interviewed 4 other foundation companies most of whom could get to my costly job "pretty quickly." Atlas had a 4 month wait and I am glad I waited. In my opinion, Woods Basement System, and Helitech Waterproofing are high pressure young sales people who want to "patch" a foundation issue rather than resolve it. Danneger & Son's Foundation was my next choice based on experience & reputation, but they wanted to charge TWICE what Atlas Foundations did. And the good news is, it rained for a week after Atlas Foundations did my repair & I have not had 1 drop of water in my basement. Thank you Atlas Foundations, Mike, Kim & James and crew!"

I don't recall the date this occurred, but it was not July 2015, but the format requires a date.  In any event, I was concerned about a foundation problem, and Roberts sent a representative out who inspected inside and outside and advised that while he would love to have found a problem that would have involved an expensive repair, he could not do so because he saw no foundation problem.  He was as honest as the day is long, extraordinarily polite and gave considerable supporting statements as to his determination.  I really appreciated his integrity.

Thomas showed up promptly to give a bid and was timely in responding to my calls and messages throughout the process. The bid was fair and we ended up having the original driveway and two deteriorating overlays replaced with a new driveway for less than two other companies bid to do yet another overlay. We had to delay the start of the job for a few weeks for personal reasons, but when we were ready to schedule it Thomas was ready to get us on the schedule promptly at the exact time we needed.
