"They did plumbing services. It was basically the toilet tune-up that they were supposed to do. They fixed it on Friday but on Sunday, it did not work again. Took one more week to get out here and they still have to come back to replace the toilet. At the end of it all, that didn't happen."

"While the issue was improved and water flowed more quickly down the tub drain, the problem was not completely solved. I was told the plumber would wear gloves and shoe covers. He did neither. Further, I went to check on him at one point in the house and he had his mask down during the COVID pandemic. It was $349 to snake the drain 25 feet (note it's $49 just to have them come out). Upon inspection of other issues in the house, they suggested I replace a toilet bowl at a parts + labor cost of $750-$950 depending on the bowl I selected. The plumber engaged in a debate about my desire to get a second opinion. In general, I found their pricing to be high and unmatched to the service."

"DMV Kitchen and Bath provided excellent service during May-June 2014 in terms of material, budget, schedule, and customer care.  Please see our prior reviews on DMV for comments on their excellent work.  After the work was completed within budget and schedule, they provided excellent customer care for almost an year attending to minor fixes and performing additional plumbing and electrical work at modest costs.  Whenever we had some concern and needed fixes on the work they completed or additional work, we sent an e-mail request to Javier and his excellent secretary, Eyelin, and they took care of everything promptly.  DMV personnel were all courteous and in particular we were impressed by Javier, our excellent project manager, his secretary Eyelin, and DMV's Orlando who identified and corrected the cause of hot/cold control in our shower/faucet.

"All Aspects Waterproofing installed a French Drain and new sump pump in my basement. The project also required adding a curb to the foundation. From the estimate to project close out, all of the employees were great to deal with - very responsive to emails and calls with questions and pro-actively called me to keep me up to date throughout the process of getting the permits and inspections, coordinating with my plumber who took out and installed new hot water heater, and coordinating with my own schedule. All of the workers who came and did the hard work were great - they worked very clean and went above and beyond helping remove items I needed to have out of the way for their work and left my basement and yard (where they needed to do some of the prep like making concrete) spotless. They were great - responsible, knowledgeable, honest, friendly, reassuring - and I would totally use them again. Also, great value."
