Robert Gunn

It was leaking started again in 3 months. He came back and said it was my slates he applied some type of acrylic solution. It still did not work.

Buyer beware! I don't know what has happened to Robert. He helped us in the past, and we were happy with his work. We experienced a roof leak this summer. Robert proposed a repair plan which we accepted based upon our prior experiences with him. He promptly repaired the leak, guaranteed the work, and we paid him. All seemed well. Unfortunately, the repair did not work, and our roof is still leaking. I have tried to contact Robert several times over the past month to remediate the situation and have had no response. We are faced with a situation where we paid fully for a repair with a warranty and are now left to seek out another roofer to repair our roof. It's sad as we previously thought well of Robert's work, but this experience has left us disappointed. At this point in time, I can no longer recommend Robert's service. If this situation changes, I will update this review.

They started on my roof on 11-11-23 and inspector stop work and Robert came knock To let me that they stop worked and put a red sticker on my door,Robert on 11-13-2023 and completed the work that day and then payed him in full that day.

Robert was extremely communicative and professional every step of the way. He has checked in multiple times after the repair after storms to make sure the repairs are working. He also gave a reasonable price and did not try to talk me into service I did not need.

Robert was incredibly responsive and customer service focused. He was honest with his estimates and did not attempt to oversell, unlike multiple other vendors. The work was top notch and he offers a 5 year warranty on all repairs with yearly inspections. Great experience and would absolutely do business with again!

Robert Gunn was originally incredibly responsive, came to our home quickly, and seemed to have identified the issue. His pricing for completing the work was incredibly reasonable as well. However, our roof continued to leak and when we called him to come take a secondary look at the roof, he stopped responding to our calls, text messages, or emails. Ultimately, he did refund us for the work done. But I'd still be wary of hiring this provider.

Very curtious. Attention to detail, and warranties.

Robert was prompt in providing service and did an excellent job. When cleaning the gutters he did not trample the flowers and hedges and left the peripheral of the house cleaned of all leaf debris. I definitely will be seeking his service again.
