"They have not found the cause of the leak but did not overcharge me and worked very hard to determine if a current leak exist. It may have been a one time leak or a prior leak that is fixed. We have a long mark along a seam in the family room ceiling. We want to paint but made sure it is not from an active leak. I am comfortable with their finding.
