"I found water on the floor of my basement! Horrors! I got 3 estimates and chose T.QEXCAVATION.Plumbing to do the fix. I liked the work ethic of Terence, the owner who was the guy who did the job. He kept me informed of what was happening and how the project was going, turned the water on when he could and off when he needed to so I had water off and on instead of not which meant the world to me. "I reached out to The Waterline Group (TWG) after getting a quote from one of the large plumbing companies in the area. The problem was a bad Backflow Preventer. The quote was very high and included work that didnâ t need to be done. TWG inspected the problem and got me on the schedule quickly for $900 less than what I was previously quoted. The TWG technicians were very polite and efficient and everything has been working great ever since. TWG exceeded my expectations and they will be my first call the next time I have a plumbing problem."

Received several estimates - Interstate was the most competitive - as advertised that’s all they do (water and sewer line repair or replacement).
