We called Monday morning for an estimate on plumbing for 2 bathrooms and a kitchen and were told someone would contact us by Tuesday. We called on Wednesday and were told that the boss knows and would be with us shortly. It's now Friday afternoon and no one ever responded from Saia plumbing. I'm sure they do reasonable work but it's simply too hard to schedule with them. We ended up going with H D Johnon and were very happy with their work.

They have been very good and worked hard to keep the issue from coming up again.

I'm not going to bad mouth them because I've used them for decades. I just didn't like the last visit and I'm not going to use them anymore. I'm in an old house and I know the plumbing has got to go sometime but the upstairs whenever I flushed the commode or took a shower the water would come down which means that the risers on the main floor I guess weren't working. The ceiling on the main floor where there was flooding and all of that needed to be replaced. It would have been a large expense and I decided I didn't want to do it because when you start working with old plumbing, this is about 80 years old, that could do a domino effect and you end up having to replace the entire plumbing system. So, anyway, I later on opted not to do anything but what bothered me was he had to chisel away the ceiling. In chiseling away part of the ceiling in the kitchen to see what the problem was he clogged up the little basin in the bath.  He didn't clean up anything and of course I couldn't use the clogged up bath because all this plaster had gone into it. It sort of turned me off. They were sort of vague on how much this all was going to cost. Having them come out was one thing. Anyway, that's why I don't want to use them again. I did call them and tell them they needed to come and unclog the pipes. They did come back out and they did get all the plaster out of the basin. I just thought it was kind of tacky. If they are going to leave something like that am I going to trust them to do thousands and thousands of dollars of work on plumbing?

They are very dependable and they do a good job. They either come exactly when they say or they call and update us on their scheduling. They are a little pricey. They didn't used to be but they have gone up lately so I am thinking about finding a new plumber. They are very capable.

They were here the next day after I called them. They came back quite a few times to check their work to make sure there weren't any problems.  Most of the providers know how much the insurance company will pay, so they are all very comparable in price.  Their work quality was an A,  and I would use them again.

I have used them before. They are competent and professional, but a little pricey.

They came out within 2 hours of us calling when the basement flooded. They gave us an estimate the same day and performed the work very quickly. The basement hasn't flooded since. They were clean, polite and very meticulous; but we forgot to add to the contract to remove all the debris and were left with an old sink to dispose of. Moral of the story - check your contract to get debris removal.

When I called SAIA and explained my situation, they told me up front what their rates were. I had not expected them until the next day since our slow leak was contained within a bucket. However, they did mention that they weren't too busy when I called so they dispatched a plumber unbenownst to me. My son was at home and was able to show the plumber the problem. I had expected to have to replace the faucet but he was able to turn off the drip. The plumber explained how to avoid this situation again. Next, he was able to repair my efforts in the toilet tank quite quickly. Super service and no attempt to gouge! I highly recommend SAIA to anyone who needs plumbing work. Leo Stone

The service was excellent. We are going to us them again, we discovered a leak in another sink.

They are good and we use them often. They had reasonable prices. They call when they are on the way. They have friendly service. They are very professional and knowledgeable.

This was a LOT of work in small row house spaces and the technician was very nice and pleasant and professional, not rushed, and he took the time to show me the individual causes of the problems and explain why they were causing the problems and what probably caused it in the first place. The work was extremely thorough and I have not had any problems since. I highly recommend this company.

I am very happy with this company and the repair they did for me. The quality was very good. It took them a little longer than I thought it would take them to finish but the results were good because I haven't had any problems since then.
