My main contact was with Geary Powell who prepared the estimate, coordinated with WSSC, answered all of my questions and kept in touch with me every step of the way. "Had a sewer clog at the main line connection. I was starring down the barrel of a $25k+ job since FFX County the home owner is responsible for repairs in the road which require milling and paving per VDOT standards (absurd regulation). When contacting Interstate and speaking with the project manager, I explained the situation and they provided a few alternatives to attempt before ripping out the street. I'd much rather chance digging my yard and installing a catch and attempt to snake, water jet, and descale the pipe then go right and spend $25k. The team showed up on time and performed the work. The outcome was looking bleak, but they were able late in the day to break through the obstruction by doing a combination of water jetting and descaling. The outcome was lucky, but I was completely satisfied with the work down, communication, and responsiveness of Interstate."

"Tiny leak in the pipes under the sink, but because a previous plumber had glued everything, I had to cut out and replace the PVC pipes under the kitchen sink to enable the repair. The whole system under the twin sinks was cut out and replaced for $325. Walter did a great job and the boss, Reid, stayed in touch to ensure a job well done. More than I wanted to spend, but at least now I have a brand new system of pipes professionally installed. Highly recommend as timely, customer service focused, and professional high quality work.
